It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Wonderful park right in front of the hotel and along the river and great for walking our little dog. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.

Everything about the stay was great from the standpoint of service, but the decor of the rooms was in need of a refresh. There is absolutely nothing wrong with retro styling but the problem her is things didn't just look like they were from 30 years ago, they were actually 30 years old.

The Hotel lists itself as 'Pet Friendly'. This is not really correct as one cannot take the dog into the breakfast room or restaurant. This means it is necessary to find other eating venues in town that are 'pet friendly'. Not very 5-star experience.

I loved my stay. The hotel is close to everything -- the beautiful river with all its restaurants and park pathways, the town with all its restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is filled with service-oriented staff who are responsive and kind. Will come again.

Good view facing the river. Facilities throughout very clean, so clean that we felt like being in Japan. Staffs at both the hotel and the spa were all very courteous.

Good time in Vichy
Nice hotel, very well located in Vichy by rue park and the Allier river. I appreciate the park to walk the dog. Hotel accept dogs. Service is very good and nice staff. Restaurant and bar in the hotel. The rooms with the Terrace is smaller than the Deluxe room but you have a large terrace and direct view on the park. Quiet room. Whether you come for a Spa weekend or business Vichy is convenient from the highway.

For this second stay I book the room with the Terrace. Located on the 2e etage French counting. Very large terrace with a nice view of the park. Quiet. Certainly more enjoyable when weather will be warmer!!. Otherwise nice room but not as large as the Deluxe one for slightly lower price. Depends on your needs, on the time you book and seasons. Same large bathroom. Heating works well. My dogs enjoyed the terrace! Great service in the hotels. I didn’t eat at the restaurant as all tables was reserved but went to the bar/lounge for diner.

Gorgeous spa hotel in a beautiful town
We stayed here for a few days with the family over October half term, in a junior suite. The location is beautifully, and the suite spotlessly clean and comfortable. The highlight for us was the 7th floor rooftop pool, with a swim out section to outdoors. When we stayed here previously, use of the excellent spa facilities across the road were included, but there is now a charge for a this, which is a great shame, particularly given the room rates. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and were able to speak with me in English. They also went out of their way to help me when I faced some logistical challenges. The room was beautiful, in excellent condition, and well maintained. The breakfast buffets are also terrific!

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend avec ma femme et mon fils de 2ans. L'hôtel est idéalement situé entre le centre ville et le parc proche de l'eau. La chambre était très spacieuse et le lit confortable. Weekend très reposant au sein de l'hôtel!

Overall the hotel and rooms were very nice. The town was so fun. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow. It seemed as though each table has multiple waiters but they couldn’t remember who did what. It took over 30 minutes to get water and a glass of wine after we ordered it. The massage at the spa was good however the service up to getting the massage was nonexistent. My husband and I sat and waited at least 30 minutes even with an appointment. The spa staff would just walk past us and no say anything. I finally had to chase someone down to get help while the receptionist sitting 5 feet from us ignored us. Overall the service of the hotel was below average.

Very nice hotel in excellent location, closely to everything. Only problem was broken air conditioning, fortunately outside temperature was around 21C, do wide opening window partially fix the problem

Smart hotel with a great room and bathroom.

Great overnight stay in Vichy
We checked into the Vichy Celestins Spa Hotel on our way to Bordeaux from Geneva and really wanted a place to unwind for the evening and found the hotel to be perfect! There's free access to the roof top pool which has sun beds, a very powerful water spout for your back/shoulders and amazing views of the river. We also selected the optional access to the thermal spa which is connected to the hotel (€20 for two people arranged through the hotel) and gives you access to the gym, steam rooms, saunas and large thermal spas. We found it best to go at the end of the day as there were less people in the spas and more privacy. Valet parking is a must and only costs €7 and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend Vichy as it is a beautiful town and Celestins Spa Hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful hotel with great service and the food in the Restaurant was Michelin Star quality. We could not fault the hotel at all. Also we all remarked that the beds were the most comfortable that we had ever slept in. All in all - it was great
