Air-conditioned apartment of 57 m² (for 6 people max) located in a villa, 150 meters from the sea (sea and mountain views).
The villa is located on the island of Vir accessible by a bridge, 18 km from the big city of Zadar.
Close to shops, bars, restaurants, nautical activities.
Possibility to park in the courtyard of the villa. Mediterranean tree-lined garden available with barbecue.

Open kitchen with dishwasher and all the amenities, living room with a sofa bed for 2, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each of 160 X 200, with storage, cot for baby. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. Terrace 35 mètres² with deckchairs and garden attached to the apartment.

Wir haben uns bei Dominique und Ivan sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst in dieser Zeit. Zum Strand sind es ca. 200 Meter und auch die Bäckerei ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Von Dominique wurden wir immer mal wieder mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem Garten oder auch mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kamen uns sehr willkommen vor. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen,..
Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber die im Haus wohnen. Wir konnten uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen an sie wenden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Erste-Hilfe-Set, über DVDs, Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten, genügend Teller und Besteck, bis zum Mixer ist alles da. Toller großer Balkon mit vielen Liegen und Blick zum Meer. Der direkte Strand war recht ruhig, sauber und angenehm, Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch!!

Kommen gerne wieder
Wie haben uns bei Dominique und Ivan absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für unsere Ansprüche super gelegen. Der Strand, an dem auch Hunde erlaubt sind, ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ivan hat uns sogar auf einen Trip mit seinem Boot mitgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Insel Vir mit herzlichen Vermietern bei denen sich die ganze Familie sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Wohnung war bereits vor der angegebenen Check-in Zeit für uns hergerichtet. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Wir haben noch nie in so einer top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht, die Vermieter haben wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht und alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie waren stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und haben uns den Urlaub mit einigen Tipps und Empfehlungen erleichtert. Ganz besonders hat uns die Bootsfahrt mit dem eigenen Boot des Vermieters gefallen, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis besonders für die Kinder! Auch wurden wir immer wieder mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten von Domenique verwöhnt und Ivan hat jeden Morgen gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Sport gemacht und unseren Kindern das Tauchen näher gebracht, vielen lieben Dank für alles! Selbst unsere Hündin war willkommen und fühlte sich ebenfalls wie zu Hause. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und mit den dazugehörigen Bollerwagen und Sonnenschirm konnten wir die Zeit am Strand sehr genießen. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und möchten gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen! Viele liebe Grüße von Familie Dundovic

Alles perfekt
Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dominique und Ivan sind wunderbare liebenswerte Vermieter. Sie haben die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet und waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Ivan ist mit mir joggen gegangen und hat unsere ganze Familie mit seinem Boot auf einen Ausflug mitgenommen. Wir durften im August 2021 zu Gast sein und wurden bereits deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Top ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend für die, die es nicht ganz so laut in der Nachbarschaft mögen. Restaurants und Bars sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in direkter Nähe und richtig toll. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir waren zu Gast als Familie, 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder (3 & 5 Jahre alt). Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, man merkt das die Vermieter sich wirklich um das Objekt kümmern. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein und bietet ausreichend Sonnenschutz. Der Vorgarten verfügt über eine große Einfahrt wo man das Auto sicher abstellen kann. Der Grill und und die Sitzgelegenheiten unter dem wilden Wein, versprühen ein mediterranes Lebensgefühl und Gemütlichkeit. Ein schöner Feigenbaum mit süßen Früchten rundet das ganze Bild ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit wunderbaren Gastgebern, die uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen haben. Vielen Dank an Familie Bajic für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vidimo se uskoro! À bientôt! A Preston! Bis bald.
