    The property is a side by side attached home 4 bedroom 3 bath. Perfect for large groups, sleeps 12.
    The beach is only 500 yards . Guests will have the use of the left entire side. Great area for Kids and families of all ages.
    Parking for max of 4 vehicles.
    Please note: Saturday only check in and 7 night stay starting June 4th 2022
    The space
    This is a home located in a mostly residential neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance of house . This Rental unit has a new large deck. The unit can be rented on a monthly basis in the off season.
    Guest access
    There is a lock box there, so you do not have to meet us for a key.
    Other things to note
    High speed internet is included.
    Large front deck with grill
    Small back fenced yard.
    Beach chairs and Beach carts can be rented and delivered at a reasonable price.
    The home comes with fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and full size washer and dryer.

    We had a great time. Kathy was great about communicating and making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely book this place again. The beach access is great and the house is at the end of the street which gave more privacy. It is located in a sage neighborhood.

    Perfect family stay!
    Minutes walk from the beach, plenty of comfortable beds and couches, large dining space and simply, everything you’d need for a family vacation. Kathy was very responsive and accommodating and we can’t wait to come back again!
