Really tiny place that needs updating.
The suite is TINY!. There is no room for luggage or any of your belongings. There were just two of us and it was supper tight. The place needs updating. The lock on the door was broken. The TV was difficult to use and didn't work right alot of the time. The only good thing about the place is the location. The location was ideal. Close to everything.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - Thank you for choosing to stay in my Virginia Beach property and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to me and the success of my vacation rental business. - The listing does state that the studio is 320 square feet, but I apologize if this caught you off guard. - There is a closet with a chest, 2-night tables with three drawers each, two sliding cabinets, and two stools to place your suitcases on. - Professional photographers took photos for the property, so all decor and furniture you see on the listing are as advertised. - There is a new refrigerator, stove, countertop/sink/faucet ceiling fan, lighting, and floor. The tiled bathroom is retro-style with a new toilet and refinished bathtub. - My Guest Contact checked both the lock on the door and the Television, and both are in good working order. I truly go above and beyond for my guests and am confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried.

Lovely stay!
The property was lovely, just as a described and in a great location for a relaxing vacation. It was great to have the reserved parking spot, the beach towels and beach chairs available. The studio is the perfect size for one person or a couple, would absolutely stay again!

Most Amazing Vacay ever
The location was amazing, the surrounding was beautiful! I am was literally steps from the beach and we have our own little private beach !!! I was in awwwweee and am already planning my next trip to the same location!

Quiet, great beach access
Small, but comfortable, definitely best for 2 people, giving it a 4 instead of 5 because of a mildewy odor that crept into our stuff and we still smelled it when we got home, and because the stove didn't work very well. Loved the well tended pool, and the grassy area to view the ocean is wonderful, peaceful. Holiday inn next door for breakfast was great. Parking was convenient. If you've stayed at hotels in VA beach before, you know the parking lots can be challenging. Provided us with plenty of towels, TP, etc. Extras like umbrellas, beach towels.

My family and I liked the property overall. It's location it the biggest advantage, by far. A dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus. The property is older but seems to be maintained fairly well. It is also on the ground floor which is great. I would stay here again for these reasons. That said, there were a couple things to be aware of that weren't apparent ahead of time. I was under the impression from the description this unit faced the ocean. It instead faces the side of the property. Not a deal breaker. Also, the unit is pretty small, which is fine, but it is something to be aware of. We brought 3 bikes with us which we rolled into the unit which made it a little like playing Tetris :-) but it was manageable. The only real downside was that we encountered multiple roaches, so I would recommend a stepped-up pest control regimen. Again, I would book this property again. The positives outweigh any negatives. And if the pest issue is taken care of there really wouldn't be any true negatives to speak of.

Wonderful classic and cosy getaway
Property was always clean and cute. The condo was as listed and had a great vibe. The location was very low key and private. At times we had the beach to ourselves. Ocean life was present. We saw dolphins all the time along with sea life. Highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it.

The most enjoyable vacation ever!

The Perfect Spot
The unit was just perfect for the two of us who came to VA. Beach for a 3 day country music festival. It’s located right on the beach a bit down from all the traffic so we felt like we had “our own beach” and the lawn area was great to sit and enjoy the beach and ocean and just relax. The unit itself had everything anyone could need. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella as well as kitchen utensils, pots, pans, blender, iron etc!!! The directions for use were clear and accessible and we were allowed early check in which made our stay even more perfect! Thank you Pam for allowing us to stay in your wonderful vacation home. We definitely plan to come back.

Must Book Again!
This place is right on the beach and totally worth a second vacation. The board walk is only maybe 50 ft from the place and a pool outside your door. The place was clean and very comfortable. The owner was super nice and responsive. They even provided extra towels and chairs for beach fun. I believe I’ll be back to rent again.

In town for wedding at The Cavalier, which was easily walkable and almost across the street. Wasn’t going to pay Cavalier rates and am glad we found this place. Despite cruddy weather had an enjoyable stay in this cozy one bedroom. Pool right outside your door and beach not that much farther. Excellent communication. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time at the beach! Pam’s place was awesome!! It is an absolutely great location. The unit was very comfy and had everything we needed for the beach. Beachfront condo for 2
The condo unit is great for a couple looking for a beachfront property with a pool! Don't be fooled by it being an older unit. It's right on the beach and is totally furnished as a studio unit. Plus, if you're looking to be away from the crowds and noise, this place is perfect. It's still within close proximity to the attractions and restaurants and it's at the northern end of the boardwalk. I highly recommend the bistro attached to the front of the condo...excellent service and the food was fantastic!! The property is clean and the property owner was very accommodating and communicative. You won't have to worry about being in a noisy hotel or finding a parking spot as there is an assigned parking spot for each unit. I highly recommend and would rent the property again in the future.

The location of this small condo building cannot be beat. It is at the very end of the boardwalk so is both convenient to everything and very quiet. The communication was excellent and the owner/property manager very flexible and accommodating. We will return!

Want to second other reviewers - this is by far the best shower pressure I’ve EVER had while traveling. Studio condo is extremely clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Steps to the pool with boardwalk and beach just beyond.

Excellent stay!
A great location, at the north end of the boardwalk (away from all the busyness of the area) but walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The property was very well maintained, and peaceful. A few seconds walking and you are on the beach! The rates were wonderful and the room was cozy, with a full kitchen! We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again.

Our rental was in a great location, quiet, easy to find and we loved the grassy area next to the ocean. This rental is a little dated and small. Bathroom needs to be updated. Needs new front window blinds as one section was missing.

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Electronic door lock was not always reliable. The door never seemed to open on the first try and required multiple attempts. Bathtub drain also required much maneuvering to get it to open.

THE BEST!
We LOVED this place! First off, the location is unbeatable; you're literally on the sand! The pool is right outside the door, so you have the option of heading to the beach or jumping in the pool as you leave the condo. Secondly, even though it is a small area, it felt very spacious inside. It was well decorated and VERY clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower is actually one of the best showers I've been in in my life. Pam was incredible at communicating before and during our stay. She even gave us a list of places to eat that were all within walking distance of the building. They had all the necessary beach items (chairs, umbrella, beach towels). I absolutely recommend this place. 10/10

First VA Beach Trip
This location is right off the boardwalk and directly on the beach. Perfect for walking to local restaurants and the beach. The parking is close to the condo building. They have a nice grass area next to the beach you can sit and relax with chairs already setup to take in the beach views also. The room itself was a little small for a new family of three but we definitely couldn't complain with the location. Overall it was a great experience! On a side note make sure you get reservations early each day or the day before for the restaurant you plan to go to. Every restaurant has at least an hour wait this time of year otherwise!

Great little getaway
My fiancé and I spent a weekend at this cute property. It’s small, but it was the perfect size for us. Very clean and plenty of towels (beach and bath) as well as beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the room. The location is great. It’s at the top of the boardwalk- far enough away from the large hotels/restaurants where noise and heavy foot traffic is not an issue but just a short 5-10 minute walk on the boardwalk to everything. Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay, but we had a fun time playing some of the board games provided by the owner. Very happy with our stay! We plan to come back when we are in the area again.

Perfect location for a cozy beach getaway
In my mind, this property is the best location for a nice beach getaway. The close proximity to the beginning of the oceanfront is the best part. You aren't dealing with noisy restaurants, large crowds on the oceanfront or on the beach. You are within easy walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. This property was very clean, the shower offered great water pressure, a comfy bed, and lots of pillows. The showerhead is a little on the low side for a taller person (i'm 6'8") but that isn't a dealbreaker. TV swivels for easy viewing from the couch or the bed. The pool access was very nice to have when the waves are too large or you just want to soak your toes after walking the oceanfront at night. It's a tranquil slice of heaven in a busy spot like the oceanfront. My wife and I will definitely be back to stay again soon. The beach was well worth the trip.

This was our first little vacation with our kids. This place was perfect. It was a little small but it was just right for us. Loved the location as well..nice neighborhood. We did think the beach was out front and pool outback but it’s the opposite, which wasn’t a big deal because the beach was still very close! Never had any issue that we had to contact someone for. Pam reached out to me ahead of time to give me all information that we would need prior to arriving. We had no complaints with our stay! We would love to come back some time!

We cannot say enough good things about the property manager Ms. Pam Russell. She’s gentle, kind, compassionate, hospitable, and the hostess with the mostest. The accommodations were immaculately maintained with amazing little touches like books about the area, charging cables/bricks and every little kitchen amenity! Also, Ms. Russell was kind enough to text us breakfast recommendations during our stay! She was hands on and available and made our stay restful and enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning! Oh, and the condo is literally steps from the beach and has a pool outside the door! :-) TEN STARS!

Very Cute Condo!
The owner of the condo Pam is unbelievably responsive and kind and that is the first thing I will say. This was my first booking on VRBO and I really hope every property owner is like her. Location is quiet, parking was great. This condo is perfect if you are busy/active and just looking for a cool little spot on the beach to spend the night. Condo residents are very sweet and everybody waves and says hi. My wife and I loved it and really enjoyed our stay! Steps from the boardwalk and just two blocks from a great breakfast joint

Beach Fun!
Our four day visit was a success. Pam’s condo was clean and had a great layout and furnishings. Loved the high top table with comfy seats. The location with beach and boardwalk so close was great. We unpacked , rented bikes nearby and Kept moving. Enjoyed front lawn area as well. Went for drinks at new Marriott property nextdoor - have a pineapple crush!! Food expensive but outstanding quality. Short drive to Nearby beaches including sunset dinner in Sandbridge ... but beach our front condo is outstanding!

A wonderful rental!
My wife and I recently spent a week in this rental and couldn't have been happier. The location can't be beat, it is literally right on the beach. The unit's owner, Pam, was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She was responsive to every email I sent with questions. The pool was lovely, as was the restaurant ("Eat: A Bistro") attached to the property. If you're looking for a wonderful location in Virginia Beach do yourself a favor and book this unit.

Great Little Studio
This studio was an excellent find! I was very anxious and panicked after our first place was double booked. After finding this studio on vrbo, Pam made check-in a breeze and I have never been so happy to have been double booked!! Pam always responded to my emails right away and made the process super easy! I didn't realize we had to go through the pool area to get to the studio, but that may have been an oversight on my part. The grassy area is accessible but I never used it....the beach was too close and the weather was perfect! I would rather be near the ocean. The pool was not open during our stay but I would have loved to have jumped in after a long day at the beach or spend an afternoon there. The place was very quiet. I never heard anyone during our stay (4 nights over 4th of July). My only complaint was the blinds over the front wall of windows let in a lot of light. I woke up at 3 am one night to use the restroom and thought it was after sunrise. I also prefer sleeping with black-out curtains, so that is probably a personal preference. Don't let that curb you from booking. We will definitely be back! On a positive note - the area around the buildings are very well-lit so safety wasn't a worry. The shower pressure was great! I would not recommend more than 2 people staying as the studio is small, but if you are looking for just a place to sleep, you could possible fit a 3rd on the couch.

Loved the cozy studio apartment. I thought it was a great bargain and a great location. Right on the boardwalk and we could walk to wherever we wanted. Pam was quick and easy to get a hold of and their space was very clean and easy to find. Would definitely stay there again.
