Staff was great, rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was good. Only bummer. Is it lists a hot tub and hot tub is no longer functional. The pool, however, was very warm and there is a sauna.

A great night out
This for us was a very nice relaxing nite out as a couple. The room was big and fabulously furnished. It had all the conveniences of a great room and in the AM hot breakfast which could use a little more variety. My wife couldn't eat any of the selections there due to allergies and there was just one choice of yogurt which she can't handle. We'd sure go there again, so try it out and see what you think!

Second time staying at this hotel and probably not the last as I do love the structure and the area where the hotel sits at. The beds are on the firmer side which makes my back hurt the next morning, however the staff is very nice and it is a good breakfast put out.

The bathroom did have leftover throw up in hair on the floor. But your overnight staff was awesome and help me clean it the first day I was here. Also I was able to wipe down the end tables that were also dirty along with the tables and where the TV stand was, but your staff was awesome at getting me new towels, taking the dirty ones away. awesome job with the staff. I didn’t feel like moving. They help me fix it. Thank you all for my stay.

I was concerned due to the lack of clarity on the website regarding the availability of pets in the room never stated now where on the site cats are not allowed. I have an ESA cat that has been with me for some time and has never experienced any issues in any of the Hotels/Motels. I did leave a note in my reservation on my ESA animal stay with me and now called to follow up with me. As a precautionary measure, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the ESA pet policy. Upon contact, they informed me that they do not accept ESA cats due to the previous history of pet cats distorting the rooms. Understandably, I called back to make sure they were aware of the ESA can and that it would be in a kennel in the room when I was not present. The manager was also extremely rude during the check-in process. I am currently experiencing a medical flare and have traveled for over 4 hours and found my wheelchair was not working when I arrived and was extremely tired. I requested to check in early and was granted this, which I am grateful for. However, I was questioned by the manager and had them go around my item to prove a point and ask if there was no cat in there right? Also, to the point of leaving a note on my reservation so now when I go ask questions at the front desk, I am asked again you don't have a cat and I have repeated no so many times to the point of frustration and to the point of harassment of a disabled adult. I said I do not have my ESA cat due to your Hotel denied it

I loved staying here. First off goody bag at check in was awesome. The room was amazing and clean . The breakfast tge next morning had a tine of options and was delicious. Great hotel i would definitely stay there again.

Very nice staff. New pool renovation looked good although we didn't have time to use it. Property was fairly clean. Breakfast 11/24 was a bit lacking - no eggs or bacon or toast and coffee was bitter/burned.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Our room overlooked the bright and inviting pool area. The heated pool was a first nice touch; the sauna was terrific. Less sugary bread choices (bagels, English muffins, plain bread) would have been nice for breakfast.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. We were on the third floor, but weren’t told there’d be a staircase off the main elevator. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room was spacious and comfortable though.
