The hotel is the best choice in Volta Redonda! The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, the breakfast and lunch are amazingly plentiful and healthy (I may have gained a couple of pounds there) the hotel features a rooftop pool, steam room and gym. Parking is free and everything is walkable.

Hotel novo que precisa melhorar as instalações de infraestrutura dos banheiros e verificação profissional das acomodações antes de liberar para o hóspede. Casos como ducha higiênica mal montada, tampa de vaso barata e mal instalada, torneira da pia frouxa e com jato excessivamente forte. Uma gestão mais cuidadosa e profissional resolveria.

Fiquei impressionada com a limpeza do quarto e do hotel no geral. café da manhã bem completo e delicioso. Um ponto a melhorar são as toalhas, estavam limpas, mas aparentavam um desgaste muito grande. Atendimento na recepção é um ponto de destaque, tive um problema com a internet e me ajudaram rapidamente.
