"The house looked like the photos. The neighborhood wasn't bad but we did have someone ride by the house yelling obscenities. I'm not sure if this person thought he knew my brother but it was weird. My initial interaction with the host was great. I didn't get the check in information and she text me promptly with the info. Arriving at the house, there was a dirty mop and bucket at the 1/2 full trash can. I had to plug in the TV in the livingroom but we couldn't get the TVs in 2 other rooms to...

"One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to.
