Superb.
Really well-placed hotel for Petra. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed two nights and had a very nice room with good views. Restaurant was very good. A definite recommend and perfect for visiting Petra, being just a few hundred yards from the gate.

Super Petra stay
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the arrival the staff were really friendly and always very helpful. The place is very modern and has a very nice feel about it. The rooms are big and very nice and clean. Very good location to the entrance to Petra, although the walk up the hill was hard in the heat. On the day we left the staff even let us use the pool a bit earlier than usual so we could chill before setting off. Evenings are fantastic with tea and music on the rooftop terrace. Only negative I could comment on was the fact the food and drinks were expensive. But other than that a really lovely hotel.

Nice hotel convenient to the entrance of Petra. Rooms are nicely appointed but you do get a foul odder of sewage and drain flys in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall a good choice when visiting the area.

The bathroom smelled terrible from sewage or the water. Other hotels (even the 5 star ones) across Jordan all had the smelly water issue to some extent, but this hotel's was particularly bad. We had to hold our breadth to go into bathroom, and we also decided not to take shower because of that. When I mentioned it to their staff, the only thing they could do was to spray tons of air freshener to cover the smell. I am guessing they couldn't do much about it as the issue seems to be affecting the entire facility. I could smell the stinky water in the breakfast area too though it was covered by heavy air freshener fragrance. It's a pity as the location is very convenient, and staff is friendly.

The hotel was excellent, location was perfect, 3 minutes walk from Petra entrance, view of Petra from the room, All new as it was opened only 3 months ago. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel wuth very friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Complementary arabic sweets and minibar. Nice quality products from the dead sea in the bathroom as amenities. The room was very nice, spacious and the hotel is very close to Petra visitor centre. In fact, the rool offers fantastic view of Petra. Very nice product.

Extremely near to the entrance of Petra site (less than 100m), it was very useful to start the visit early. The hotel itself is very neat, the staff is extremely kind and attentive to the guest needs, the bedding was A . I can only recommend this place.
