We spent 5 days at the property and every employee encountered was over the top friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking for future visits to Warrensburg.

It was a last min stop ..they had rooms at affordable prices and the staff was super amazing. And one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in a long time . Best western has made a repeat customer

The customer service at the front desk was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the main area was clean. The breakfast was nice. Front desk was helpful in giving us directions and food options.

This is a dog friendly motel. Damn dog was baying in middle of night! Called the office, they didn't care! Then apparently the dog woke up the children above us because we listened to them jumping off bed and running around room for an hour. Motel needs to figure out if they are running a dog kennel or motel. Sure isn't for sleeping!

It’s a decent hotel with some exceptions. First, maybe this is a “new thing” now but daily service of just getting clean towels is disappointing. No bed ever made, bathroom not cleaned. This used to be the standard. Which just says how far away from being customer oriented we are now. Also they need to get the tub to drain. Ankle deep with a normal time of shower. Shower flow was closer to a hose not a shower. Kirov coffee pot in room didn’t work. Breakfast/coffee was a 2 out of 5 rating. We’ve stayed at much better BW. Bed was comfortable, staff was ok just not a real friendly atmosphere.

Property was ok and relatively clean but service and hosekeeping was lacking. When we checked in the bathtub did not have a shower curtain and there were no towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and was just handed a shower curtain with no apologies. The person at the desk (I think the manager) was somewhat rude and seemed uninterested in taking care of the guests.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and so patient with our crazy mess of rooms. We loved our stay there and the rooms were phenomenal. So clean and beautiful property.

The staff at Best Western were very nice. Unfortunately, our room was not in the best shape. We killed 2 pretty large wolf spiders, one being on my bed, the cable in our room hardly ever worked, there were a pair of underwear in the closet that were there when we got in our room. The pool was nice but it was extremely hot in the pool are so i had to go into the dinning area to watch my daughter swim and the towels to dry off were gone. The breakfast was great and, as I said earlier, the staff was super friendly and helpful but the quality of the rooms needs quite a bit of attention.
