Beautiful one bedroom cottage that will accommodate six people via one queen bed, one full futon, and one full pull out couch. There is plenty of room for an air mattress if you wanted to bring your own. Walking distance(five minutes or less) from three lakefront family restaurants/bars. Full playground is directly across the street, perfect for letting the kids play as you can keep and eye on them from the convenience of the cottage. Two smart tv's, one on the main floor and one in the bedroom upstairs. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes, airfyer, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Two A/C units keep the cottage cool and comfortable.

We were looking for a small place near the lake for our small family (myself, wife and daughter). Clean, simple and on point with the description in the listing. Nice touches and some upgrades for an older cottage. It’s all we needed and very convenient to Oakwood Resort and the water. Would book again. Thanks!

Wedding Weekend
We rented this adorable cottage for the weekend of our wedding. Our babies stayed with us friday night which was perfect with the park across the street it was a close walk to oakwood for wedding rehearsal, wedding. Etc. The bridal party got ready at the cottage and everyone commented how much they loved the cottage and how cute it was. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful family vacation.
This is a perfect, no frills property. We loved our week at the lake. We have been coming to the lake for decades but this was our first experience with this property. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We definitely hope to stay here again!!

Great cozy cottage.
Great cottage just a short walk to the lake and right across the street from the park. Very well equipped with everything you need and clean. I had family staying at the hotel and said they would be renting this cottage from now on any time that they stay. My son is already asking to go back!!!

Perfect for small family
The space was perfect for our little family. Super close to the Oakwood and Main Marina. Loved being so close to the park for the kid to play. Great space if you’re just coming and going through out the day.

Great spot for easy, family fun
Loved our stay at the lake. Our cottage was close to Oakwood, just a short walk down the street, so we could visit with other family members. We were also situated directly across from a playground. My three year old enjoyed all of his time on the swings and burned a lot of energy up. Very easy booking and checking process. Cottage had everything we needed. On site washer and dryer an extra bonus for bathing suits and beach towels. Highly recommend for anyone seeking close proximity to a public pier, easy family fun activities. Would book again.

Park View Cottage
Our overall stay was a pleasant! While the cottage was an older one it has been updated nicely. Very quaint. Perfect size for my husband and I. Location is great too. Just a very short walk to the water and to Oakwood Inn and very short drive in to town. Giving it a 4 star rating based on the parking. Room for only one vehicle which was literally right in front of the cottage blocking any and all views from the inside. Additional parking is on a side street which is fine with exception of the street being very narrow making parking a little tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. With that being said we would stay again.

Everything with the property was fine, but we were supposed to receive our code to the front door at 3:00pm and did not receive it until nearly 7:30pm. We obviously tried to call and message the host, but didn’t get through until around our 7th call attempt. We had a very short stay already and this really unconvinced our stay.

Lovely Cottage!
My family had a wonderful time in this beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of Oakwood! The interior is updated and very clean. There are two bathrooms, which is often hard to find. The cottage sits opposite of a children's playground and is less than a five minute walk to the Oakwood Association's pier--which is usually much less busy than the beach at Oakwood Resort 50-100 yards away. It's easy to get carryout from the Pier & Back Porch Restaurant at the resort or from multiple places in Syracuse and enjoy at the lovely cottage table. We also cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The laundry is also a big bonus. We could not have asked for a better setup and hope to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay, but too much personal stuff in cottage, AC is making popping noise, only 2 coffee cups, Not enough fridge space, old food needs taken out. Someone's comb on the nightstand, ugly bathrobe in bathroom. Needs more lake decor on the walls. But, we did have a good time too ! 😀

This is a cute little cottage in a great neighborhood! Short walk to the water which was great especially when bringing kayaks in and out. The only issue was that the grill didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal. Hoping to be able to come back here again!
