Expensive for what it is . Car park charge rip off
The lady receptionist had attitude issue. She was talking to me like I've been at this hotel before and knew all about it. The car park is 80zł a night,which I find very expensive cause the hotel is not even in city center. 2 bottles of water in a room. No hot drinks. Basic

Szanowny Panie Krzysztofie, Dziękuję bardzo za poświęcenie czasu i pozostawinie swojej opini. Oczywiście porozmawiam z recepcjonistką na temat jej postawy, aby udzialała pełnych odpowiedzi i informacji. Parking kosztuje 40 pln za dobę nie 80 pln. Nie wiem skąd otrzymał Pan inforamcję o cenie 80 pln. Jesteśmy hotelem dwugwiazdkowym dlatego też nie posiadamy takich udogodniej w pokojach jak zestaw do kawy i herbaty w naszej sieci hotele o wyższym standardzie takie jak Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel. Zapraszam ponowie. Jarosław Figat Dyrektor Hotelu.

Property lack most necessary products like tissue, hair brush, toothpaste, toothbrush, and sandals in the room. The body and hair products are terrible.

We are a two-star hotel, and the products you mentioned are equipped with five-star hotels of a much higher standard. We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks and like this place. It is very convenient for someone new to Warsaw: closer to bus routes, grocery store, parking is available for residents too. Building, outside area, cafe zone and corridors are clean and look nice. Room is simple but cozy. There was some issue with the sewer in the shower, but generally for this price and fully booked Warsaw right now it was not too bad. Staff is amazing! Especially Hania (housekeeper) and Zlata (cafe area). They made our staying in this hotel feels like home. Very friendly and hardworking ladies! Thank you and good luck to all hotel staff!

Tired but value for money
Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it’s just looking a little bit tired and the rooms are very basic. It’s a good base for me in Warsaw when in business so will continue to use it.

Ok for business in the area
When in Warsaw I always stay at this hotel as it is close to the offices. It is quite a basic hotel but very clean and comfortable bedding. I would recommend it for business staying if you need to be around this area. Otherwise you could be better off looking at another hotel closer to the centre.

Get out here and see the true Poland!
Warsaw is a great city with history in abundance. Book into this hotel and meet the friendly staff, have a clean room and use the fantastic transport links to see both the tourist areas and those not in the guides.

Brilliant stay
An excellent hotel with multilingual staff who are friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Now, this isn't in the town centre of Warsaw, but this actually makes your stay even better as you get to see more the the surrounding area when travelling on the uber punctual and quite frankly spoilt for choice public transport - make the most of by buying a 72 hour public transport ticket for the princely sum of 36 zloty. I say 72 hour as it does not start until you validate it on first use. So get your bags packed and experience this wonderful country and the culture, history, sights etc it has to offer. Then go home and plan the next trip!

Good if you need to be in the area
I use this hotel every time I visit Warsaw because it is in the proximity of the office. It does the work for me, clean, quite comfortable, nice staff (EN is not so popular apart from front desk), restaurant downstairs and 2min away from shopping mall. Apart from this, the area is "poor", nothing to do/visit and far away from city centre and airport.

Hotel is off the beaten track but the local public transit is great and there is an auchon hypermarket 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel has a good restaurant. It's really a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price.

Simple pleasure at this OK hotel.
an ok hotel with few special features but that's fine as long as the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room pleasantly cool to sleep in. Towels were overlooked for my room one night so I ended up using pillow covers to dry myself when I realised I had no alternatives!! Food simple and tasty and good value - the staff friendly and helpful. Take a room not overlooking the very busy main road into Warsaw city centre if you want to open your window at night.

Nice hotel for short time stay on the way. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and with nice beds. Location near the highway, so easy to reach if you enter Warsaw and want top leave next day. Parking is available on site, but for extra charge. Breakfast offer is quite limited.

The Lobby is very cool & nicely designed. Good selection of food available from the restaurant / bar. Easy transport links to city centre. Friendly staff speaking good English.

Good enough Budget hotel
Happy with it for time stayed apart from a bad smell that appeared daily when you returned to the room. Possibly the drain pipes causing the bad smell!

Family Vacation to Warsaw
Hotel location was about 30 min bus ride to the center of the city, there were plenty of buses coming every few minutes, and at the cost of 4.4 zt, you could say it was very cost effective.

IBIS Experience
We have stayed several times for quite a few days and each time have grown fonder of the Hotel. The only drawback is the food menu - restrictive and quite expensive - eg Coffee 14ZL

Peaceful environment
This was my my first time in Warsaw and This place 15 minutes away from the main city. The staff also very friendly.

Reasonable price
Pros: Decent room although a little small, was close to transport and a shopping mall. Cons: Was far away from the center and the view outside the window was of a car park.
