Property very outdated.. In need of some major TLC.. pictures are extremely deceiving!! Glad plug in air fresheners everywhere ever other iulet doing down hallways. Overly overwhelming!!. I think if we're ever in area i'll be doing more looking into other facilities!!

Nice place the only problem we had was our room had a bad order when we turned on the heat the owner moved us immediately we booked a king bed room but we got switched into a 2 queen room which was no big deal the pool atea was a bit cold but hot tub was great the staff was very nice we will stay there again

Very enjoyablr
Everything was clean and tidy even while it was apparent some updates were about to happen. The hot tub was a lovely luxury. The evening front desk reception was earnest and especially pleasant. The breakfast was hot and comprehensive in both hot and cold options.

Check in here rater than a hospital.
Two days ago I was in a hospital for back spasms. The oxi-codon and the back was still at a pain level of four. Checked in to a very clean hotel with polite helpful staff and headed to the whirlpool. I was like a new man!

Needs a good cleaning.
The front desk lady greeted us with "I need your ID and credit card." No hello how are you. The hallways were dirty and the carpet in our room wasnt vacuumed. We went out for breakfast as the one provided did not look appetizing. Overall not clean and staff not friendly.

Great service
Check in was great, the front desk guy was very helpful and came to my room to help get the tv fixed promptly, the room could have been cleaner as i found an old key card envelope and a blistex chapstick next to a bedaide table which i left so hopefully they found it, bed was extremely comfortable. I slept to late for. Reakfast but i will stay again

Comfortable bed, good location, breakfast was ok, not the greatest. Bed was comfortable but carpet was needs shampooed and the bathroom smelled of strong urine when entering the room.

Our stay was very quiet. Just walking distance from Wal-mart. We didn't get to go into the pool, maybe next time or the hot tube. There wasnt many people in the pool. Beds comfortable, breakfast good

Would stay again.
Rooms seemed recently updated. Bed was comfy just wish they had a few options for pillows. Bathroom was clean with nice shower head and great pressure. Pool was nice and WARM! Not sure if the hot tub surrounding tile was going to be fixed soon but if not it definitely needs it. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was decent but with a sold out hotel nearly all the baked goods (bread muffins etc) were gone by 8:15 and only 1 waffle makers makes for a very large line. Hopefully they can take note of that for next time and be better prepared. Loved that breakfast was included.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The amenities were adequate. However, when we came down for breakfast and there was no food available except for half a bagel and cold cereal. I am diabetic and need low carb. As we were leaving someone offered to cook eggs and bacon; however, we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. There was also no coffee in the breakfast area either day, the pots were empty. The carpet in our room was very sticky. Not sure why.

Only part of my stay that could have been more enjoyable was the hot tub. The temp wasn't very warm and when they came to adjust it, it didn't really warm up to a normal hot tub temp.

I stayed I another GrandStay in Becker in January 2022. It was nice but one particular staff member made that stay amazing. I took a chance that this one might be similar. I was wrong. It’s only two floors so there’s no elevator. So I had to lug my bags up the stairs then back down when I left. Not a terrible thing. But inconvenient. On the second floor, in at least two different places, there were discarded curtains (that were being replaced) lying on the floor in the hallway. I was there two nights and they never moved. Not only was this an eyesore, it was a fire hazard. Very unprofessional. When I walked into my room the bed was made but looked as if someone had been lying on it. There were ripples in the covers. I let that go but it stuck in my mind anyway. The breakfast was truly lacking. Waffles are nice to have occasionally. But these days it seems like they’re the only option. The only other hot items were sausage patties the first morning. Only small omelettes the second morning. The waffle mix was made so thin that it came gushing out, filling my cup and splattering the counter and my hand. (I had to go upstairs to wash up because there was no public restroom nearby.) I decided to try the waffle mix anyway and it was completely tasteless. Not a horrible place to stay. But definitely doesn’t live up to its name.

Easy to find and access. The toilet in our room constantly ran. We went to the pool on to separate occassions and thankfully brought towels from home because there were no clean ones to use. If you would like a better variety for breakfast its safe to assume you need to be up at 6am when it gets set out because by 7:30am your left with toast, waffles and cold cereal. We could have asked for more if there had been any staff around to ask but the only employee we saw was the person who checked us in.

Blood on the shower curtains , tub doesn't drain and was extremely slimy, mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. Again ... BLOOD on the shower curtains !!

This was a very clean and updated property. There was a hint of freshly painted walls. Which was not a problem at all. It was a spacious up to date lobby area and the staff working was very nice and professional. I was allowed to check in a cpl hrs early. Thankful for that! We stayed Sunday-Monday to attend a funeral. I did not use the pool but it looked like a great area. We had a king suite. Nothing fancy but nice & clean. Loved the comfy chair in the room. I would book/stay here again. It’s Right next to a walmart.
