Loved my experience, definitely would stay again. Only downfall was ask to check into a room on a higher floor and the receptionist just said they wouldn’t be able to accommodate with out even checking

I loved everything! The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff is up to par, I felt so safe walking DC streets around 1am. Everything is close by for food and the museums is not to far away if you like walking. Thanks for the stay I’ll Be back very soon !!!!

I had the best experience ever! The lobby is fantastic! The bedroom was excellent, the bathroom was spotless, and the very comfortable bed. The hotel staff are always attentive and accommodating! Great location!

Fine hotel but needs some tweeks
I thought the hotel was nice but could use some upgraded stuff if it’s going to maintain a contemporary and upscale rating that it appears you want. Just minor stuff: Room was cold and took a long time to heat;There is no notion’s room in lobby where you could buy a candy bar e.g.;the room bar had only liquids available;a room obtained through a service like Hotels.com will at checkout not have the hotel stay show up on the check folio which makes it unnecessarily difficult to get a company reimbursement;the lack of a blackout curtain in the bathroom didn’t bother me but I can’t imagine a female customer feeling privacy;the tv is a little clunky and limited with a very low volume range.

The Morrow is nice, new and really well located, near the Metro, Union Station and lots of dining options. It seems like they are still going through some growing pains due to being so new. For example, the phone in my room didn't have a power cord and it took a long time to get a hold of the in-room dining team when the phone was eventually operational. That being said, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice and the hotel and its amenities are really well done and worth the price.
