Sorry to hear your air conditioner wasn't keeping up with the high humidity we've been experiencing as of late. I'm not sure if you were offered an opportunity to move to a different room or not. While inconvenient, sometimes it's the only remedy if the issue with the unit can't be immediately addressed.Thanks for staying with us, we hope you give us another chance in the future.
