This lake home features beautiful views Lake Kampeska. There is 100' of lake frontage on the sandy beach property. Enjoy the days on the nice sandy beach or the day out on the water. Easy access to highway to visit any of the numerous quality lakes and hunting areas NE South Dakota has to offer. There is a large cement pad on side of house to park your RV or boat/trailer and a boat ramp is nearby. The house is located within walking distance of the North Shore Bar and Restaurant. Other entertainment nearby includes the Dakota Sioux Casino, the Watertown Zoo, shopping, and local restaurants. Airport offers easy access to Chicago and Denver daily.

Watertown Lake Living
Overall a very nice property. Five stars for everything, except location, which you'd think would also be five stars, being a lakeshore property. I gave location four stars due to highway 20 being so close to the house. There was traffic buzzing by just 20 steps from the house. Being we were there during harvest season, we had semi-trucks driving by all day and into the night 20 steps from the beds. The road noise really bothered the kids. It didn't bother me as much, but it was definitely a downside to the property. I think it's fair to point this out in a review. Everything else was five stars. Owner as quick with responses and communicated timely. The house was clean with plenty of sleeping options. The beach was nice as were the sunsets. The location offers quick access to Watertown and hunting locations nearby.
