The property was extremely clean & very well supplied, but you must supply your own wood for the fire ring. We had the luxury of leftover wood to add to what we purchased, getting us through the 4 night stay, as temps were low 50s in the PM, in June(!). Please note owner's notice that power can go out, as it did. A storm took power out the day of arrival and it was being worked on while we were enroute, and thankfully restored. We planned on takeout the 1st evening, which helped, though there was no phone line or internet for 3 days, so no wifi for cell/internet use, and the only cell signal is in center of town. I normally don't use the cell on trips like this, but without a landline and having a problem at the cabin, one needs a cell to contact the manager. The 4th night the power went out again, early evening till about midnight. Thankfully, we are tent campers, and I come prepared, so the evening meal was over an open fire, and a camp lantern was the light to eat by. A bucket of water helped the toilet situation, so we were prepared. Also the "path" along the beautiful stream at the property that leads to Pine Creek is not fully accessible due to huge downed trees, thus you must drive to find access to fish at Pine Creek. Just keep those things in mind, so you are prepared. The stay was peaceful, relaxing, and nature all around. Some noted that sitting right on the road, there was noise, which we did have at times, but it was not offensive.
