Good service, clean tidy rooms. No air condition
They have no air codition running when they feel that the weather is too cold. I want to sleep with the window closed because of the noise and mosquitos, but since they dont have cold air condition i was sweating. They sent me a fan... i was not happy about that. Btw all the rooms have zero air conditioning during my stay. The breakfast buffet was lackluster. I will eat breakfast outside next time. The pillows were flat and empty on the inside. The staff were really nice though. Check in and out was also fast.

Ok boutique hotel in great location
Great location can walk to a lot of food, etc.. A/C didn't work in room, unable to cool room. As others have said, car horns are an issue, might as well be sleeping on street due to noise. Water took AT LEAST 7 minutes to get even Luke warm, even at night. Staff was nice and friendly, always smiling. Hostess in bar was great.

Boutique hotel centrally located
Arrived very late and staff were very helpful, rooms were well furnished and maintained, linens, towels, bedding all very good quality. Restaurant also well run, good selection of western options and all well prepared.

too close to the traffic intersections and as a result very noisy due to incessant honking by the cars.

Lovely hotel in Wenzhou for quick stop over.
This hotel was great- I arrived very late and the staff were friendly, the room comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. The hotel was clean and the bed was great. The shower was perfect too! :)

Gem downtown
What a gem of a find! A well-appointed old world style hotel in downtown Wenzhou. Everything was excellent. Lots of nice extra touches like fresh fruit in the room! Great breakfast buffet with gourmet offerings. Will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Will Stay Here Again
Very nice hotel. Avoid the corner rooms on the street. Lots of honking and street noise early in the am. Love the European feel of this hotel. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Like any European hotel, the rooms are on the smaller size compared to larger China hotels, but still roomy enough (and bigger than most European rooms). Love the Bose wave radio in the room.

Excellent hotel
This is a lovely small hotel. The room was clean, extremely comfortable, and had excellent soap and shampoos. The restaurant is expensive, but the breakfast was included in the room rate, and I thought it included anything and everything that anyone would want no matter which country they were from. Great channels on the TV.

Great decor! European style
Love the amenities from loccitaine, marbled bathroom table, strong shower head, comfy beds, complimentary fruits. Breakfast was awesome as well with real squeezed fruit juices, the usual stuff you would expect in a good quality hotel. The only drawback is lack of pickup /dropoff point. Is directly opposite Olympics hotel in the centre of the city. Good little eateries opposite this hotel with great soups and dumplings

Small european hotel in Wenzhou
This hotel is charming. It really feels like a small European hotel in a second tier city like Bonn or Treste. Staff was very helpful and warm. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Definitely a good value and a pleasant stay

Nice hotel in central location
This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. I got the same type of room but this one was much smaller. The breakfast was good. A little noisy with the morning traffic.

The rooms are not so big but they are full equiped, the staff very friendly allways happy to help. I would come back. For the negative: too much noise from outside trafic.

Nice smaller hotel
Hotel is a good option if you prefer high quality smaller hotels vs. large hotels. I tend to prefer the better quality and attention of a smaller hotel, so chose this hotel for my 5 day stay in Wenzhou. Rooms are well appointed and breakfast is good. Only points of issue are that the rooms are a bit small.

The rooms are small
I would rather stay in a bigger hotel with more facilities ,bigger lobby, pool,fitness room and etc. In Wenzou I will prefer Dynasty Hotel.ı

Old, Cleanish Dump
Ex Palm d'Or International Hotel reminded me of an old New York hotel. Cleanish, but old. I woke up with a bite on my left leg and pray I haven't brought bed bugs home. Upon check in the young man at the front desk had a major attitude. We told him we had a long day of travel and wanted a nice room. He said "nice but cheap". The first room we were given had stains on the carpet and a weird layout. We requested another room and were given room 5009. The A/C did not work well. The room was cleanish. It was fine for a night, but I would not want to stay again. The restaurant was overpriced. I ordered penne with tomato sauce saw the chef pick out the meat. Not a great stay. The bellhop boys outside were super sweet.

A Gem of a Hotel
EX Palm D'Or International Hotel was the perfect place to land after 18 hours of travel. Soft, comfortable beds, a sense of luxury and calm. The staff is very helpful, enjoyed the bar and the restaurant (which features a lot of Italian food), well located and would definitely return. Upon departure, one of my suitcases got left in the lobby and when I arrived at the airport, the bellman had jumped in a cab to bring it to me and found me as I was getting out of my own cab--would not take a tip and I was so appreciative of his kindess.

it's a kind of boutique hotel, very cozy, just one small problem , it is a little noisy due to traffic ( till 11.00 PM ), besides that's fine I would come back for sure

The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable after two long flights. My only comment is that the hotel is listed as completely non-smoking and this is not true. I smelled smoke while in my room and the breakfast buffet had a smoking section. This is common in Asia but I suggest that all advertisements that mention the hotel is a completely non-smoking facility be changed to reflect the truth.

表通りに位置した便利なホテル
到着後から出発時まで、スタッフの対応が非常に良く、ハウスキーパーのおばさんの対応も良かった。 アメニティも満足出来、本当にここは中国？って感じる位でした。 多少の古さは感じるが、それを全く気にならないレベルの清潔感で満足出来た。 部屋はそれ程広くない為、ホテルでのんびり1日を過ごすなら、多少は窮屈かもしれないが、 そうでは無かった為、私は快適に過ごせました。 表通りに面している為、タクシーも直ぐに拾うことが出来るのも、便利でした。
