Situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, this expansive home is a delightful coastal getaway located just a short drive from Sandy Neck Beach. The lovely outdoor space boasts a seasonal private pool (unheated and seven feet deep) and hot tub, a grill, an alfresco dining area, and a gas firepit. Interior highlights include two home offices, two living areas, two gas-burning stoves, and four TVs. This rental offers an ideal location, approximately 10 minutes from Sandy Neck Beach. To visit popular attractions and local eateries, drive five minutes to West Barnstable and under 15 minutes to Cape Cod Mall. Golfers will appreciate having multiple golf courses within close proximity. To discover more beauty of the region, make a trip to Jenkin’s Wildlife Sanctuary, Murkwood Conservation Area, or The Deck at Walker Point.

Unwind in two welcoming living areas; both outfitted with a TV and large sectional; one also has a gas-burning stove. Two home offices make it convenient to check emails or plan daily activities. A full suite of stainless steel appliances gleams in the pristine kitchen, also appointed with ample cookware and helpful gadgets. Gather for meals at the dining table while enjoying the warm ambience of a gas-burning stove. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, beach toys, and an outdoor shower.

The pool is available from June 1 - September 30.
The hot tub is available from May 1 - September 30.
Cable & Wifi are only available from May 1 - September 30.
From November 1 - April 30, there will be a minimum stay of seven nights.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disrupted stay
A bit outside the normal area for CAPE VACATIONS, BUT the house was very nice. Well kept and very clean. the pool and hot tub were excellent. only problem was we lost out on beach time the last day of stay due to the fact that someone scheduled a new clothes washer delivery that one of us had to be there for. Why was not done during time owners would be there in residence is beyond me. i

Great vacation for all ages!
The house layout provided plenty of room for privacy when needed but also fun time for our family (3 families) get together. The hot tub was a gathering place for the adults after the children were asleep. During the day, the pool was the center attraction with the children there most of the day. Two days at the beach, the other 3 days we enjoyed all that the property offered.

We had difficulty with our reservation from the beginning. When I had questions it took a long time to get any response and often I received contradictory answers. When we arrived at the property it was not well cleaned. There were dead plants, dirty rugs and floors, moldy shower curtains, ect. The fireplaces advertised did not work except for one that only worked if you let the temperature get very low. We also struggled with ants everywhere. They were in the kitchen and bathroom. Food and toiletries could not be left out for any period of time. Additionally, two showers were shown and advertised and when we arrived the upstairs shower was broken. The shower head was out of the wall and spraying water everywhere. All guests had to share a shower off the main bedroom. Overall this property was not as advertised and definitely not worth the high cost. We were very disappointed.
