Sep 1, 2019If a customer is telling you there is a mans shoes in her room, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT TO MAKE THEM FEEL COMFORTABLE SLEEPING IN THAT ROOM RATHER THAN DOING NOTHING! What kind of Customer service is that Marriott !!!!!?????????
