We are eatly risers and had a long way to travel. We waited to leave after breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 am , we left at 6:45 and still no breakfast out. This is not acceptable, they cost us time and money.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower difficult to use. Breakfast was mediocre and several items were gone after being open only 1 hour. I prefer Hilton properties. Wanted to give this one a try - won’t book a Holiday Inn Express again.

The hotel was infested with crickets, TV’s didn’t work, remotes didn’t have batteries. The breakfast was inedible and the manager on duty definitely didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet; was convenient for my trip. Only need to improve the clean service in the restroom. The shower area was not clean, it had hair and the toilet also had hair.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Very spcious rooms and good breakfast. We were hear for a family members funeral. We have 4 kids and One of fhe reasons we picked this hotel was the pool. This was the only entertainment for the children while family dealt with the emotions of the loss of a loved one. There was no info on line that the pool was not open. We get there and are told the pool is down for maintenance. But noting was being done with the pool the 2 days we were there.
This is very disappointing as the kids had nothing. We shoud have been told this on line.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
