Great Cabin
This property is amazing. A hidden gem - would recommend this to anyone. Extremely clean, gracious host. Absolutely loved the barb with the fresh good stocked every morning. Can’t recommend it enough.

Kid free weekend
This place did not disappoint!!! They really go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. You can tell they care and love what they do. Not only is the Cabin just perfect but the details in it are just icing on the cake. We went there with our dogs for a weekend and it fit us very comfortably. The king size bed is great and had us not wanting to leave it. The game/beer den was an amazing touch. We enjoyed it in the morning grabbing farm fresh eggs, sausage and English muffins to take to the cabin and make. Now onto the location. It is located within an easy drive to some of the prettiest river, creek and waterfall trails. And the town close by have adorable shops and some great food. Will definitely be coming back with the kids.

It’s the little things!
Everything was perfect! The little things made it so special. The barn with breakfast available was great as well as the refreshments, entertainment and games! The fire pit was ready for us - bring makings for s’mores. We even saw some wild turkeys.

Comfy Cabin Stay
This cabin was curated for every need possible. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The barn/shed was so cool with coffee, food and games. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and even saw a deer in the back of the cabin! We visited nearby waterfalls during our stay.

Pristine cabins, fun family getaway!!
- We had so much fun last year with our 3 young grandsons that we returned again, rented both cabins and brought their parents along. Everything about the cabins is clean, neat, fresh, and comfy. Might like the king bed better than ours at home! Big bathroom with washer/dryer, everything you need in the kitchen. - close to many hikes with waterfalls - the campfires are all set up and wood is covered which made it so easy each night. - the game room is very special with snacks, drinks, and breakfast items. A big thank you to Doug and Royce who are generous and gracious hosts!!

Saved our trip to visit the kids
We were traveling to Anderson/Clemson with our RV to visit our two college kids. We had a vehicle issue on our drive and had to return home. We did a quick search on VRBO and found this place. What looked like a busted trip ended up being a great weekend. This is a wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax.

Cute little cabin in the woods
This is out second time staying in this little cabin in the woods. It is perfect for our family and close enough to Clemson to visit our older children. This place is clean and has everything you will need for a great stay. Love the little extra touches.

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was extra linens, washer/dryer, charcoal for the grill and the fire pit was set up with wood ready to light. There was some breakfast items and drinks in the common area (small barn). We first felt like it was a little close to the owners house when we first pulled in but once inside it felt very private and we enjoyed the privacy of the porch facing the woods in the back. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get to see the area because we came for a visit to Clemson. The owners are quick to respond to any questions. You can see that someone put a lot of thought into all the small details - Mason jar glasses, sturdy wine glasses, Adirondack chairs, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, lights strung across porch, etc

Wonderful, relaxing stay
The cabin was just what we were looking for. The host thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. More than what was expected or thought of! The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back porch. It was quiet and secluded. Nice to accomodate our dogs. The barn had many options for breakfast which we enjoyed. A most enjoyable visit.

Property was gorgeous and the response from the owners was always within a reasonable time. They are conveniently located to a lot of neat places and provide plenty of suggestions in their welcome book. Will definitely stay again next time we visit my in-laws.

Cozy Cabin near Clemson
We enjoyed our stay as we moved our daughter into Clemson for the weekend. It was a delight to not have to bring supplies as everything was provided included a full breakfast to cook. Private and quiet with a pretty wooded view, would definitely stay again! Lovely home.

Attention to detail
I would give this place 20 stars if I could! The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the brew barn and all the amenities! Even the sheets on the bed and towels were nice (not like the cheap ones you find at a hotel or other places). It was clean and if you forgot anything, 9/10 if you opened a drawer or cabinet it was probably there. We will definitely be back!

They’ve thought of everything!
We have stayed in lots of cabins and this one tops the rest! Small cabin but packed with EVERYTHING you might need. The owners attention to detail can be seen throughout the cabin and game room. Some of our favorites…very comfortable king bed, breakfast supplies provided, big fluffy bath towels. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely Cabin!
Cabin was quiet, clean & nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were plush. The barn was stocked with all kinds of snacks, breakfast supplies and beverages, plus lots of games; the owners went out of their way to offer a variety of things. They were also easy to communicate with. The property was lovely, about a half hour from Clemson which was why we were there. But it also looks like there were plenty of parks and hiking nearby that we would've loved to explore had time allowed. Would highly recommend!

Perfect little spot for a small family or couples getaway. The breakfast supplies and brew barn is a real game changer! 13 minutes from all the waterfalls and a very scenic drive all around in peak fall. King bed was firm with a soft topper best of both worlds for someone who hates hard beds.

Spectacular Stay
Went up to visit our daughter at Clemson for Homecoming Weekend. While the property is a little bit of a ride to Clemson, it was well worth it. The cabins are absolutely quaint and charming. Our hosts, Doug and Royce, attended to every detail. The adjacent game room cabin was fully stocked with an array of breakfast items, snacks, juices and even some adult beverages. We made a fire in the fire pit behind our cabin and they even had the sticks to roast marshmallows! Most importantly though, it was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. I only wish I new about this place when my daughter was a freshman.

We can not say enough about this property. The cabin was so clean, quaint, comfortable and relaxing. The owner went out of his way to not only supply the basics but way beyond that. We loved the Barn where we got a wide variety to choose for breakfast and snacks. The outside pit had plenty of wood stacked by. The area is beautiful. Out of 5 places we rented from VRBO, this one was the best. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect Clemson stay
We stayed at this property for Clemson’s parent weekend and cannot recommend it enough! Everything was so perfect and the hosts clearly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast supplies were fantastic and all the extras really made this stay special.

A little mountain cabin in a great location that offers just about everything you can imagine
This little cabin was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. The owners did a wonderful job with decor making the cabin very cozy. The cabin had all the amenities you could think of. The brew barn was also a nice addition and well stocked with drinks, coffee, breakfast foods, etc. Kids would have a blast playing some of the old school video games and pinball. We brought our dog that enjoyed the remote location and had plenty of room to run in the large field that is part of the owners property. We took advantage of the firepit which the owners had setup with kindling and wood. Location was perfect for hiking, fishing and just a short drive to Helen, GA and Clemson. There are a couple of cool breweries close by if that is your thing. After the stay my wife and I are going to consider looking for a cabin in the mountains to getaway more often. All positives here, so go enjoy some time in the woods.

Great Stay
I’ve stayed at this property which has two units several times. It is always clean and very nice. They offer snacks and a full stocked kitchen. Many of you food items like salt, pepper, juice and pancake mix is offered on premises. The units are nicely decorated and there are fire pits and chairs for sitting outside. The owners have thought and offer so many perks.

Kids absolutely loved this place!! Especially the green barn! Original Pac Man Arcade machine, foos ball and 1950's pin ball machine. Fire Pits, Smores, early morning coffee on back deck with nothing but sounds of nature. Definitely will do this one again

Wonderful stay
Our first family trip to Oconee County, but definitely will not be our last. We had a wonderful stay at Doug's cabin. His attention to detail is impeccable and we had all of the supplies we needed. We were visiting for a family wedding so we didn't get to enjoy the cabin as much as we would have liked. Hopefully we can stay again in the future and relax around the fire pit. Would recommend Doug's cabins to anyone who appreciates the small details.

Oh my gosh, amazing. We came to the area for our daughters college rowing event. And ended up having a perfect little forest getaway. The cabin was spotless and stocked with everything you would need. I really cant think of anything that needs improving. It really was a perfect stay. Our dogs loved the space and area to run. The property was great for a family visit. The cabin itself was very clean and appliances appeared to be near new condition. The community space was perfect for the kid to play some games, board games, foosball, and to run around. The food & snacks they had laid out was a nice bonus we didn't think we would need but thoroughly enjoyed. Basically: they thought of everything. Truly. It was a great stay.

Every single thing you need for a relaxing and entertaining visit has been well planned out and prepared for you! Beautiful cabin, fun Game Bar, and lots of snacks/breakfast/drinks to choose from. Located in the middle of nowhere yet an easy 10 minute drive to waterfalls, restaurants, shopping, etc. Would love to visit again very soon!

Wish we could stay longer in this beautiful cabin
Super well designed small cabin with wonderful and clever decor. Everything was perfect, well-labeled, comfortable and cozy. We loved that breakfast foods from the "barn", wood for the firepit and lots of good information was provided. Everything we needed was there and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the porch and firepit. There were lots of places to hike and we would haved loved exploring more of the waterfalls in the area. Our hosts planned this rental well!
