Has everything you might want: in door pool, fitness center, laundry area. Dog friendly. Rooms comfortable. Complimentary breakfast good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great price. Will stay there again when in area.

Rude staff
Very rude staff! The person in charge of the breakfast was extremely rude! I stayed for a couple days. First thought she was having a bad day and was taking it out on the people coming to grab breakfast. But the next morning she started with another person. So bad he was shaking his hand in the air, grabbed his luggage commenting back at her. I was there for work but most people are there to relax and get away. Not the type of person you want to deal with on vacation.

We really enjoyed the hotel stay pool and hot spa. Room were very lovely. Quiet for sleeping and bathroom very nice. Breakfast was nice too. Hotel staff very wonderful. Just off the highway made it easy to come and go

Perfect location, friendly staff and spotless.
The hotel was exactly what we wanted and needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My only quibble is that the surcharge for pets was not disclosed anywhere on the app so it was a surprise when I checked in. I don’t mind paying it and expected something but I looked all over on the listing and didn’t find it.

The people were very friendly and helpful. This is also a pet-friendly place,and my companion loved it. The location was great for using local roads, so if coming in on Rte 24 South, get off at Exit 14 rotary Fall River/President Ave/Eastern Ave and use Rte 6 East or West. Using Exit 15 from Rte 24 to I95 forces crossing 4 lanes of 195 East inn less than a mile to get to the exit for Hampton Inn.

The room was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was urine in front of the toilet and the floors were dirty. I spoke to the manager and he did not responvery well. The hotel overall is dirty and in need of mai tenance and deep cleaning.
