Honestly, I've never been more impressed with a VRBO stay than I have with Shannon and her home. "Communication with property manager" deserves far more than 5 stars!! I cannot stress how outstanding communication during the whole process was, and so accommodating. The house is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood is so homey. The layout and amenities are perfect for a family stay/needs. It genuinely felt like a home away from home!!

We had a good stay and good communication with the owner. I want to point out some things that are obvious in the listing. 1) There is only one bathroom. It's a nice one, but there's only 1. 2) One of the bedrooms has folding French doors instead of normal solid door. There are photos of this. Noise goes through this pretty easily. Neither of these facts spoiled our visit. It's just a matter of having the proper expectations. Neighborhood is lovely. There was laundry detergent which I appreciated. I only stay at VRBOs when I travel have been doing so for 15 years, so when I say this was a nice, unmemorable house, that means exciting things like a gas leak, mold, or unwanted animals weren't part of the trip. It's high praise. A second bathroom would have been nice, but it's in the listing that there's only one.

Thank you for the review Andrea - it sounds like you've stayed at many a VRBO - I'm so glad to hear that we measure up! And thank you for your feedback on the folding French door! That puts it on my radar - I'll put it on the list to replace with a solid wood door to reduce sound transference. As you say, it's clear in the listing, but simple enough to replace - thanks for putting it on my radar! As far as the clearly listed 1 bathroom instead of 2, I agree 2 would be awesome - maybe one day ... 😄 Again, so glad you had a great stay Andrea!

The property was as pictured. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had wonderful appliances. There are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very nice! We stayed to visit our son at the Air Force. Only 10 minutes from base!! Thank you so much!

Plenty of room for our 2 labs. Shaded fenced backyard. Easily walkable to MSU campus. Clean, furnished well, well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances & cookware, easy covered parking, & nice neighborhood. Some difficulty with hot water & thermostat but owner quickly addressed it. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location!
The house was in a very accessible area, it was clean and well equipped. The three beds were all comfortable but one was a standout. I have a bad low back and one had a thick mattress topper that allowed me to sleep comfortably and feel supported. I woke with no pain, something that is unheard of for me when sleeping on a flat mattress! Communication with the owner was friendly and easy. If we ever travel to the area again, we will check this listing first for availability.

Great house.
Loved kitchen & laundry especially & the fenced backyard so my 4 year old grandson could play safely. 3 bedrooms a bonus. Thank you for extra comforters for cold nights.. PLan to use again.

The situation for the stay was kind of weird as it was for business during the Covid-19 quarantine. Shannon made everything easy and less stressful. Quiet neighborhood, clean house. Would recommend.

Wonderful Place To Stay
Shannon has the Cutest house! She took VERY good care of us and her home was warm and inviting. It was perfect for our little family and little Chi Baby, he loved the back yard!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit back to town. It has all the amenities we needed and the feel of home. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Location was very convenient to shopping & restaurants. The LR could use some comfy seating; kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very responsive to questions, but due to a contract date misunderstanding we had to cut our vacation a bit short.

I've never heard anything about the living room furniture being anything but super comfortable but I will check it out! I appreciated Shannon's quick response to my request to have an issue taken care of. The house is in a nice area and is quite charming. Although the kitchen was a little low on basic supplies, it was a great weekend and the bedding was very comfortable.

Perfect Getaway
Home is exactly as you see in the pictures, cute and comfy. Shannon is super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is cozy but there is still plenty of room to spread out. We used this home while visiting my daughter at Sheppard Air Force Base.....its pretty close to the base, not a bad drive at all. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are headed to the Wichita Falls area.

Welcoming and PERFECT for out of town friends
I rented this house for all of my bridal party so everyone was staying in one place. It was absolutely perfect to have a place where they felt comfortable and not just in a hotel room for wedding week. Shannon was super sweet and very helpful! The house is cozy and roomy. There's a gas fireplace and a beautiful kitchen. The front door unlocks by a code, which was really beneficial to not have to pass a key around between so many girls. I absolutely recommend this home!!!

Great time in WIchita Falls
Came for an event on base and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Met up with another family and had them over for dinner. Plenty of room, everything I needed in the kitchen, and grocery stores nearby. I ran in the neighborhood each morning - definitely a nice part of town!
