As soon as I walked in the door, it smelled strongly of marijuana. My TV wouldn't work and the front desk worker had to come fix it. There were stains on my sheets and the flooring in my room was missing some of it.

You walk in front door and smell pot. The floors in the room where covered in dirt and trash. Had to pay for bath soaps. The front desk ran my card and was not suppose to. When i called the. And told them i would still pay when i checked in. Hall ways where dirty. Will not stay there ever again.

The building looked run down and as if a lot of vagrants lived in the motel. Random people with backpacks standing around the lobby at odd hours, bathrooms small, was worried I would get stabbed. Overall stay was ok once I was in my room. SMALL BATHROOMS! Price matched location.

Back stairs is treacherous. No shampoo. No breakfast. Coffee was just OK. Overpriced.

Room wasn't fully cleaned when i checked in, bed was very uncomfortable and i paid for 2 nights but the front desk clerk only set my key up for one night so I was locked out of my room briefly while they fixed the error. Just not a good experience and property needs updates pretty bad shape.

This was a last minute stay - my mother booked for me - it was easy to find and I had no problems checking in. The front desk clerk was even able to switch me to a first floor room (I have a bad hip) without any hassle. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is no coffee maker in the room, but they do have it available in the morning. There is also no clock radio, so if you need an alarm clock you will have to provide it yourself. The refrigerator was so cold my hard boiled eggs froze! I would definitely stay there again.

It is a nice hotel. Nothing fancy, just plain and simple with some wear and tear but with a lot of life left. My only two complaints are:1) paper thin walls 2) no elevator. Major kudos for NOT charging a ridiculous NIGHTLY pet fee....this is a truly pet friendly hotel because there is NO pet fee at all...none, zip, zilch, nada! :o)

With my son at Wichita State University we make several trips to Wichita. This has become our choice to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Neighborhood is safe. Location is easy to get to from Kellogg and easy to get to places we want to go to while there.

Good value for money. Easy check in.
Quickest check-in in recent memory. Front desk clerk was courteous and helpful. Rooms are severely small. My only complaint was the quietness. It was so quiet that I could hear the people walking normally upstairs. So if you're a light sleeper, bring a noise maker.
