Fast check-in. Great room for price. It was somewhat loud late in the evening, but our room was located on first floor near lobby area.

Excellent for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast what you would expect. I've had better, but also have had much worse. Hotel was wayyyyyy nicer than I had expected. Would stay again.

Definitely not clean. Goo left in fridge. Random hairs on sheets and mattress. Mold in bathroom. Says it includes breakfast, but for the limited 2 hours it’s available, it was gone before the first hour was up and never restocked.

They ran out of towels, they didn’t have any extra pillows. I also asked for our room to be cleaned, and it never was. Most of the staff was very friendly. I don’t think I would stay there again.

My favorite hotel in Williamsburg. Room was clean, breakfast bountiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The common areas; pool, hallways, etc. need a facelift-painting and spruce up. But, this hotel is an excellent value for the $$. Thank you BW!

The room was fine - the breakfast situation was awful and if it’s like this regularly , then they need a rethink. Just had cereal and no milk (well I used those mini pots for coffee). Nowhere to sit and lots of very frustrated people. The man was doing his best but needed some help.

Had to be moved due to a dirty bed, and then the next room the tv didn’t work. But overall it was a fair quick get away hotel.

It was ok, our room was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. There was some kind of youth sporting event or something so there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall until late into the evening. They also had the pool and hot tub filled to the point if you weren't a kid it wasn't enjoyable. Other than that it was a nice stay.
