Was put in a room that was the service room and it was not ready. Had shoes and wet towels in it so waited for another room. Not happy we got a room that shouldn't have been booked. Good breakfast. Loud neighbors.

I liked the hotel but wasn’t impressed with the cleaning or the breakfast.the staff was friendly and helpful but cleaning was not that good.when ask for room to be cleaned the trash was taken out and bed was made but marks on bathroom were still there and where the coffee area were marks still on counter. For the price of the room you shouldn’t have to asked for it to be cleaned

Oversized rooms with big windows overlooking the Ark Encounter. Comfy beds. A little pricey but paying for the convenience to the Ark Encounter. They charge $5 for parking which is cheaper than parking fee at the venue

Location location location. If you are going to the Ark, you found the only legitimate hotel option.

This place is outdated and dirty. Also, a 2 star at best with a 4 star price....OVER PRICED motel 6. Either upgrade the hotel or lower the price. The only reason this place makes any money is because of the ark encounter...no special here.

I liked the property and convenience to the Ark Encounter. They charged an extra fee for self parking that we were not aware of. Also, they were not prepared for feeding people at breakfast. They need to hire extra people to clean and put the food out. There was a lot of people eating the breakfast and they kept running out of everything. We were there for 3 days and it happened everyday. The property and rooms were clean.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth the rate that we paid. We paid almost 300/night and it was a 150/night type of hotel at best. The pool was average and there was no hot tub. The room and beds were average. A basic room that was comfortable but won’t impress you. I would stay here again but not for 300 a night.

The elevators work great the pool is super cold, very quiet rooms the bed was very nice. It was pleasant and they even had a spoon at the front desk. Would recommend and come back

Awesomeeeee , I really recommended….. We Love it since day 1 when arrived, my check-in was so fast, excellent service the Hotel was very pleasant and clean, when arriving to the room wish was 4th floor it was amazing could see the view to the Ark Encounter from my room, parking was awesome and pool my kids love it, the next day breakfast was delicious and made it easy for our check-out afterwards, thank you all. We will definitely be back

Comfortable, newer hotel, conveniently located next to the Ark. Bright, clean facilities. Excellent breakfast options. Spacious, comfortable room. We’ll-stocked pool area, but tepid water temps and no whirlpool option.

I was not overly impressed with the staff. I had a question about the rooms that we booked and the lady at the desk talked over me. Then when checking out, I wanted a receipt since I had two rooms and the lady at the desk said that they didn't print receipts. I feel like since I asked for one I should have gotten one. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great! We enjoyed the stay and the convience to the ARK.

The hotel is newer and everything was great. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the Ark! You can walk to the Ark no problem.
