The property itself was nice. The room we stayed in was extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Had a run in a with crazy person at Walmart across the street. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, but the area has some colorful wildlife.

The housekeeping or lack there of was absolutely horrible. If we were lucky we received one clean towel daily. As we were there 7 days, the bed was never made. I ended up making it daily needless to say no offer of sheet change. No coffee refill, no toilet paper, or kleenex. On the final night i actually had to go to front desk to replenish Items in our room. I will give kudos, to I believe German gentleman, whom runs the kitchen great job!!!

Our room was great except for the shower water would not get hot and who doesn't love a hot shower. We finally ended up moving rooms. Breakfast was awesome and the gentleman that put it out was super nice and great with the kids. Hotel Staff was awesome

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and it is my choice for hotels in Williston. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

They let me have an early check in , due to having to get ready for a wedding. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was really good

There was a gentleman that made breakfast in the morning. I can't remember his name, but he was an absolute delight! Breakfast was good, and he took the time to say hello to people. A smile can make or break a day! I was even a little sad to not see him last Friday morning as that was my check out day. I hope good things happen to that man. As far as the rest of the stay, it was good. However, there was no cleaning products in the gym and one of the machines was missing a piece that allowed people to select the amount of weight they want to use. The hot tub was down all week which was unfortunate. Hopefully it can be fixed soon! I'll be sure to stay there the next time I'm in Williston for work! Also, providing dinner at the end of the day as well as breakfast was a deal breaker for me! I saved so much money on eating out!!!! This alone will bring me back every time.

No hot tub
I usually love my stays with Best Western, but this hotel did not have the hot tub up and running. It was my main requirement because I am disabled and the hot water helps my muscles after a long day of travel. When I checked in I told the gal I was going to soak in the hot tub and she didn't even bother to tell me it was under maintenance. It upset me. I could have simply got in the bath tub instead of getting my swim suit on and all.
