Hi SusanWe're so sorry to hear about your respiratory issues! In looking at our notes, you were very specific on where you wanted to be located after your recent surgery and it appears we did accommodate your request. That said, I'm sorry you didn't feel comfortable sharing any of your other concerns while you were on property. And yes, despite the air conditioners being in good working order, when we have a heat wave with high temps and humidity, the rooms can seem a bit humid as well, as the units are putting out condensation as they are cooling.We wish you a speedy recovery and perhaps if you come back during a timeframe where demand is not this high, you'll find rates in our area to be more in line with whatever your expectations are. You'll see prices in metro areas rise with demand just like anywhere else in the nation, so that comparison isn't really accurate, as we always strive to be competitive within the market.Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you Maria for sharing your experience with us. With the hotel at full capacity, we can understand the frustration with having to walk further than some of our other guests. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about that unless we're made aware of any physical issue when booking the reservation initially. We are also sorry that the housekeeper left one of her microfiber cloths in the bathroom and that our inspector missed that also. Our pool area is open until 11:30pm on the weekends so we expect things to quiet down by midnight as you suggested. We are so sorry that this was upsetting to you. We appreciate your feedback and will share this with our teams to see what we can do to minimize this sort of experience again.
