Started bad the were to hold first floor room for medical reasons. I call for this request. I was told no problem. When we arrived the told me they were aware of request. Somehow they could not honor the request. It did not get better from there. People begging for money in the area

After the fact mention of the $75 pet fee for my 16 year old 30 lb dog. If Expedia doesnt offer this information to customers, fix it. Or stop advertising your rooms there. Room key system worked once and now no longer works, even after getting a new card from the front desk.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, the only item of note was the wine glasses we got from the bar for our room. They were not fully clean and the water spots were pretty bad. Would recommend you check your dishwasher and the detergent used. We didn't complain and just cleaned the glasses ourselves in the room.

The room was clean, great coffee, easy check-in. The only downside were the beds. The mattresses were extremely hard. The pool and hot tub were great.

The hotel is in a great location for walking/dining/shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only small complaint is getting the rooms cleaned in a timely manner. However, I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend pre-paying for the breakfast buffet through Expedia. It's 14.95 per adult and 9.95 per kid, which is ridiculous for such a minimal selection that's free at most hotels.
