Stayed overnight, always skeptical staying at a hotel off I 95. The person at the front desk was super nice and personable. Ordered a pizza delivery and he assisted as to where my best options to order from and he was right. He even called me when they arrived and sent the delivery guy up to deliver to my room. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

The property is a little gem hidden away among 2 other hotels. It looks like a mini resort when you drive up, greenery on parking lot circular dtiveway for easy loading. Comfy couches and chairs are closr to check in. Nice views when you use computer station gym and pool. Delicious breakfast which is included! Breezy, well lit, clean, climate controlled hallways. Suites that are spacious and modern. Seperate bath tub from toilet area is nice!! Room service that is not noisy or overbaring. This is the place to stay for an amazing staycation in Woodbridge. Hotel is not great. Front desk looks like it was chewed by dogs. Desk personnel was not super welcoming and asked for credit card without explaining why (we had prepaid). The hotel smelled musty, including our room. Our bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and had residue on counters and damage to floor tiles. No ventilation for shower and weird design with loud see through doors for bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast better than expected. My allergies were a mess after sleeping here. Wish we had stayed somewhere else. Felt dirty after sleeping here.

A+ Accommodations for Physically Handicapped
We have decided to make this hotel our #1 choice for our monthly trip to Woodbridge. My husband appreciates the accommodations in the rooms for physically handicapped guests as he uses a walker, and there is ample room in the bathroom and shower for it. The desk staff is always helpful and friendly, and some now even greet us by name. I would only ask that the coffee in the lobby be available in the wee hours of the morning, before breakfast is served.

Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, and our room was spacious and quiet. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a great location, staff was great at check in and through out the visit. The room was clean, loved the set up having the bathroom seperated made getting ready in the morning easier. The bed was a little firm and the hot water apparently went out during our visit. Breakfast in the morning was great, different options to fill you up. Outside of not being notified of the hot water outage, our stay was great.

The hotel was in generally good condition and was clean. The room had one of the strangest bathroom configurations i have seen. Two separate baths, one with a toilet and small corner sink, the other with a full sink and shower. Both had sliding translucent doors (not a lot of privacy). The breakfast was good, with room to sit down. The staff were friendly and helpful.
