Great hotel, enjoyed my stay very much - clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, quick and easy check-in/check-out, at a very reasonable, affordable price. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Maid service was excellent, very friendly, efficient. Property was clean, tidy. Parking fine. Breakfast was nice; but the same every day. Room was very nice, modern. TV and internet good.
Checking in to the hotel was a poor experience. The guy at front desk barely spoke English and was not very welcoming. The pillows in the hotel are extremely small by any standards. Ice machine on the second didn’t work and had a funky smell. The only thing that was great was the breakfast staff and food

The hotel was filty, dirt and stains and broken items everywhere. Not a single employee available for our questions. General lack of maintenance and cleaning was apparent everywhere.

Excellent customer service with all staff very kind and helpful. However, our room did smell a bit like mildew and the sheets had stains. The staff did bring extra clean sheets right away. Overall, it was good for the price
We stayed three nights. We found it a comfortable place to stay at the end of a busy day. It was a good location for the different places we wanted to visit. We chose the town of Milford because we live near the town of Milford in a different state. Victoria, aka Vickie, was an excellent, friendly hostess in the breakfast area. We enjoyed chatting with her as the opportunity arose. The only disappointment we had was that there was only one chair in the room for sitting on. We asked if we could have another chair and our request was denied. A simple chair from the dining area would have been sufficient.
There is often no one standing at the front desk. When someone emerged to check me in, I was given a different room than I'd reserved with a significantly higher total. I was told I'd been "upgraded" (to a smaller room), and that they'd discounted my rate at least twice. Neither number was anywhere near the Expedia rate I'd booked. Asked to speak to manager and was told he was "out of town" and that no one was covering for him. Insisted the clerk fix the problem; he initially told me to call Expedia and that he couldn't help. I told him that I would not be paying above the rate I'd reserved. Two hours later, the clerk called me to say he'd adjusted the rate to my original one. What's going on at this hotel? I won't be back any time soon.

Upon checking in, the room was not ready and then I received a room that had one bed when I booked two. Staff was very rude and when asked about the beds, said that if it was booked online, they don't have to follow it. When I told them the room wasn't ready, went to the room to double check.

The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was not cold enough unless I put bags of ice inside. the breakfast was very good.. The most annoying thing was that the front desk never had anyone in it. the person was ALWAYS inside the little office unless vocally summoned. I needed to get a couple of things checked and every time I went to the front desk it was unattended. Poor customer service in this area.
Front desk clerk was not polite or professional. No greeting, no “thank you.” May be I expect too much in this day and age but basic manners should be expected
I needed a place for one night and was sensitive to rates. I didn't need to be in the immediate Boston area and booked my stay in Milford which is about a 30 minute drive to Waltham and maybe 45 minutes from downtown Boston. The experience was great in every way. However, there's only one place to eat within walking distance, but with a 5 or 10 minute drive there are lots of options.

Upon checking in, the room was not ready and then I received a room that had one bed when I booked two. Staff was very rude and when asked about the beds, said that if it was booked online, they don't have to follow it. When I told them the room wasn't ready, went to the room to double check.
First room still had socks in the lamp. I understand this could be an oversight as not typical to have socks in lights. However on the outside of the lamp the shade had mold on the lamp. I called the front desk and they switched rooms for my family. The next room was marginally better however smelled of chemically dirty mop water. My family decided to stay however regret the decision because they got a poor night sleep and woke stuffier more than normal.

The staff was very nice, our room was nice overall for the price. But it had a mildewy smell to it, air was very dry, and the beds are hard. If it has the best price when i go to the area again i would stay but be prepared next time.
Rooms and showers were pretty grimy. They completely skipped our room for cleaning on the second day. The gentlemen who checked us in and was at the front desk most of the weekend was not friendly but check in was easy enough. It was quiet and pretty convenient for attending the two concerts we saw over the weekend.

Conveniently located, easy parking. Room was clean, efficient, roomy, everything in working order. Seemed to be alot of dining choices in the area. Breakfast was good, could be improved with additional choices.
Only issue I had was with the shower. The smoke/ fire alarm sounded toward the end of a hot shower! And the handle to the shower was completely detached.

The property suffered sprinkler damage a few weeks ago and the rooms were severely damaged with water. Horrible mildew smell. The hotel said nothing they could do. 313 dollars a night is a joke.
