The hotel is very clean. Facilities are brilliant, it has a good gym to use 24/7. It would be amazing if the hotel locate in a quiet place..

The location and service is excellence. Only the room temperature needed a bit of work to learn how get the right temperature. The dehumidifier and the aircond must work together and empty the water. Otherwise, the room will be very humid and warm.

The room is very comfortable especially the bed and blanket. The hotel location is good. It is between the metro station and Zhongshan Street. Heping Wharf is only 400m from hotel. The gym is very big. The only thing that need to improve is the buffet lunch quality. They have many many variety of food but only a few items are nice.

Hotel need to improve on this
Hotel is very good. Very convenient location to travel around xiamen. But the complimentary mineral water bottles should place in the room and not in the toilet. There is also another 2 bottle of mineral water that need to pay money and was place inside the room. My hubby think is free and drank it. In the end we need to pay money for it

Had a fantastic 5-day stay with my husband and daughter. The room is very spacious with a good range of amenities provided. The toilet is clean, spacious, and well designed. Good location. Highly recommended.

The service is really nice, location is so convenient, it’s just next to a traditional preserved neighbourhood where all the food and souvenir shops are. And the room is very spacious in terms of the price!

The room was huge, just nice as we had a family gathering. 15mins walk to ZhongShang Road, the pedestrian shopping street, but it was a nice walk. Staff was courteous.

The property is nice , clean and cozy. The location is very convenient. The room is pretty large, interior design is smart and functional. The staffs are friendly. It is worth it to stay. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed in a room with sea view, very nice view of Gulangyu. Besides, good gym, swimming pool and kids playhouse facilities. House keeping ladies are also super friendly.

Nice hotel that is conveniently located
The hotel is very conveniently located along the bay, short walking distances to one of the ferries, and to the pedestrian street with local stores and restaurants. The seaside room provides a breath taking view of the bay and the island, especially during night time. It is reasonably priced. Beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is nice. The only complaint I would have is the breakfast, not five star caliber for sure, especially in China.

The hotel was nice but the fees for any service were very expensive. The Thai restaurant was not very good and many items were unavailable. I would not recommend eating there.

Property was located in great area, near lots of shopping and food places. We were given free upgrade since it was our first visit to Xiamen. Room is spacious with beautiful view of harbor. Some minor problems in room but was quickly addressed by management once issues were addressed. Required swim cap was the other issue I forgot to mention. Guests, men, women, & children, were required to wear swim cap but nothing was mentioned on website. They should have stated so it won’t be a surprise for travelers.

This is my 2nd post because this hotel is so good, that I extended 3 more days instead of somewhere. As previous 3 days of stay, I commented as follows : a. Hotel check in is great and warm welcome, b. lobby is 5 star , c. Restaurant for Breakfast and lunch at 2nd floor is good , you can feel the energy from young generation but some staff seemed to be too new, ( I give 99 of 100 because 1 point deduct , I ask for ice water and they give me cool room temp and second time also, but the Black Dress Supervisor or Manager on the 1st day did use ice and water to make ( at least I think she is flexible and professional The Thai Restaurant , is amazing Chef Dam and Manager Christine both need my compliment again Really put heart and attention to guest and this are only people who care about their guest can do. Christine remember by favorite seat and Chef Dam did communicate with me during off peak hours 230 pm , for my inquiry and praise for the handle of Soft shell crab and other dishes, which is amazing ( been to Thailand 43 times and many Thai Restaurant in Asia and USA. but his skill and can see his passion for food and like to hear comments to hear guest communication Very nice ( price wise ),, 5 star hotel and extremely great deal $

Booked 2 deluxe room with sea view, requested for non-smoking and king-size bed. During check-in, front desk informed that only one king-size bed room left on the same floor, so we chose one twin-beds room on the same floor instead of both king-size bed rooms at different floor. One of the room had a slight smell of tobacco, told the concierge but they did not provide any solution. Stayed 5D4N, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Cleanliness is good. The room has fantastic view of the Gulangyu island. Walking distance (within 10 mins) to the Zhongsan Rd, very convenient.

I requested non smoking room and the concierge told it is but it seems it used to be a smoking room and there was an ashtray in the room. Still bad smell of tabacco on top of it. Overall it was good location but it was not worth using of executive room.

Spacious room, good service, centrally located.
Family room is spacious. we were a family of 5 but we were all comfortable with the bed configuration and room. Area is quite centrally located. Bathroom is also spacious and good. Amenities were excellent. Although the living area may need a bit of clean up. They were also too strict with the swimming pool. They don’t allow guests to swim if you don’t have a swimming cap. Beside the hotel is the Costa coffee franchise. And around 400 meters away is the Starbucks
