Really appreciated a clean, modern room in a clean, newer hotel within 100 meters of Yashio train station. Bonus was a very ample, quality, Japanese-style free breakfast to start each day. Only minor detractor was a hard bed…

This was a nice chain hotel (comparable to Premier Inn). It was very close to the local subway station, which gave quick, easy access to the rest of Tokyo and major interchanges for things like the Shinkansen. The location in the Tokyo suburb of Yashio was a nice quiet retreat from the lovely craziness of Tokyo. Plenty of local convenience stores and a nearby shopping mall.

I didn't like the 10 am check out time, but everything else was what I paid for: a nice, clean, and quiet place that's close to public transportation. I do recommend the space for early birds.

Great hotel to stay
The hotel was really nice and the staff were really nice and helpful. The mattresses were a bit too firm but the breakfast was AMAZING! I will definitely return to this hotel with my family! The area around hotel is very convenient.

The Hotel is overall good. The location is in a very close proximity to Yashio Station and Center. There are convinon stores, mall and a supermarket with in 5 min. walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel reception staff is extremely difficult and rude at times. The English proficiency is low and confusing at times. The wiredes part of our stay is that the reseption person stated that due to privacy restrictions I could not call the room and speak to my wife from an out site line without the Police beeing presont. Which sounded insane and it was extremely uncomfortable to hear from a hotel personal. If you are planning to stay here its good value for the price, but be prepped to expeorudness and insane front dest receptionist.

It’s a good place for the price outside Tokyo city decent room , clean with good internet but the location is not for foreigners specially who like go for a drinks @ night ... only bar near hotel is for Japanese specking customers only :( Right next to 7 -11 if u wanna get some drinks overall I would say 5/10 only because of location

Excellent!
The staff were courteous, efficient and professional. Check-in was quick an easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. There are malls and stores near by so it's very convenient. It is a bit of train ride to Tokyo but...come on, it's Tokyo...I'd say it's good value for the money. Even though the Tsukuba Express (it's not part of JR or Tokyo Metro) adds a bit to transport cost, it's fast and convenient. Overall it was excellent! Would definitely return!

It was very convenient because it is very near the train station but it is a bit far from the city center. The location is quiet with a mall nearby and convenience stores.

มีรถบัส จากhaneda airport จอดสถานีyashio sta.เลย เดินไปอีกไม่ไกล มีห้างใกล้ สามารถเลือกซืี้ออาหารในซุปเปอร์ได้ เงียบ แต่ไม่เหงา ห้องพักกว้าง พนักงานบริการดี มีอาหารเช้าอร่อย เช็คอิน-เอาท์ ด้วยเครื่องอัตโนมัติ สะดวก ถ้ามีโอกาสไปพักอีกแน่นอน 👍
