We arrived in the afternoon and didn't want to take the train to Tokyo until the next day. We were really happy with this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient to Shinkansen line and lots of shopping. Building and room is very clean. Excellent staff. Breakfast was amazing.

This hotel wa so conveniently located to a major Shinkansen hub. Yet it was so quiet and hospitable. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. If you need to do any shopping, it is in the same building as Bic Camera.

部屋はとても清潔感があり、ベッドもフワフワで最適な寝心地を味わえました。 強いて言うならば、駅近コンビニがあるとは言え、部屋に入ってしまうと外へ出るのも億劫なので、冷蔵庫にウォーターボトルかお茶など、ドリンク類をサービスで置いて欲しい。 エレベーター横まで夜間に取りに行くのは、女性や子供にはやはり不安でしかない。 あとはとても快適なホテルでした。

1泊の利用させて頂きました。部屋の空気清浄機に[加湿するための水は衛生面でいれてません。ご利用の時は水を入れて…]と記載があり加湿利用を…と思ったら 少しですが水が入っていて…水を入れる容器の方に若干カビかな?って感じがありました。洗って使いました。

窓が2重のFix窓で窓からの防音はほぼ完璧ですが、洗面所の換気口から電車の音が少々響いて来ます。静かな環境で過ごしやすく良かったです。清掃面では前の方のものと思われる体毛が少し落ちていました。 設備面は若干の古さは否めないものの必要十分でした。あとはエレベーターがちょっと遅かったですね。

This property is on the 10th floor of the same building as Shin-Yokohama station. Very polite staff who promptly attended to my concern when I booked 3 beds and was only given 2. I liked that there were water dispensers on each floor so I don’t have to keep using bottled water. The laundromat washes and dries my clothes thoroughly so that’s another plus! It was my last stop before returning home so was happy I could stock up snacks and skincare from the shops nearby.

Thisbis my 2nd stay here. The hotelnis lovely and a bit on the higher end. As somebody that travels often, i dont understand why a higher end hotel doesnt provide any bottled water in the room. There is a water machine on every floor, unfortunately my room was the furtest away from there. So when i wanted a drink in the middle of the night it was slightly inconvenient

新横浜駅ビルの上層階にあるコスパも良い上質なホテルです
新横浜駅ビルにあり、新幹線利用者には最高に場所です。フロントの階まで直行のエレベーターがあり、吹き抜けの大空間に驚かされます。フロントも綺麗に整っており、チェックインもスムーズ。ホテルの情報もいただき、客室へのエレベーターへ。セキュリティーもしっかりしており、それも安心材料です。 部屋も綺麗にメイクされており、窓も大きく快適な宿泊でした。

신요코하마라는 출장지 장소의 숙소로 아주 적합합니다. 신칸센을 타기위해서 좋으며, 빅카메라가 연결되어있어 간단한 식료품도 살수 있고, 2층 JR출입구의 식당들도 이용가능합니다. 12층 라운지의 생맥주(유료)와 주스(무료)가 아주 쏠쏠하네요.
