It was ok, but close to everything.
Could not control the heat in the room despite there being a thermostat. The reception told me it was centrally controlled. It was unfortunately a hot winter and the room was kept hot despite it being warmer temperatures outside. The manager of the bar was a bit rude to my girlfriend because we sat at the bar with a little bit of a beer we had gotten from another place. We wanted to drink a bit more before going up to the room so we stopped at the bar for one more, and he didn’t know how to make a manhattan despite having all the ingredients on the shelve he told me, “we don’t make that here”. Parking is 20€ which is a bit pricey but convenient. Despite the drawbacks, the room was stylish and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was beautiful as well. You can also pair your phone to the tv for streaming.

Lovely clean hotel. Nice showers and the staff very helpful. Located approximately 15 minute walk from the centre or a 5 minute tram ride with stop very close to the hotel. The only negative was the room was too hot and the air conditioning was centrally controlled so couldn’t be changed. However, the staff were really helpful and arranged for the window settings to be changed so it could be opened fully, which solved the issue.

Great location, rooms small but very well designed for efficiency. So walkable to shops & restaurants. Easy parking although €40/day - expensive! Front desk and staff have all good intentions but needs just a little polish. Buffet breakfast was adequate but pricey at €20!

Great hotel, great value
Clean comfortable room - larger and better equipped than we expected. Service staff very helpful, everyone seems to be fluent in English and comfortable with foreigners trying out their Serbo-Croatian. Restaurant staff also helpful and friendly, food is excellent and ginormous portions. Wonderful hotel.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and value for your money when booked with time. Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and great quality. Close to points of interest, easy parking in the street on weekends for free.

We loved the hotel and it’s updated amenities. We didn’t venture too far from the hotel because it seemed like everything was run down around it. We enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant which worked great on our 1 night stay.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, my husband and I decided to start off here for our honeymoon and we just loved the interior of this hotel, so modern and our room was just so nice and the food is also really good. Also nice restaurants and bars around within walking distance or by driving.

A nice and funky place to stay.
It was just one night stay. It was clean and comfortable, and close enough to the Center. The staff was very helpful. I liked the funky decor. The only thing I might suggest is that the music be lowered a decibel or two at breakfast time.

Every time I check in to the Canopy in Zagreb it feels like coming home. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The food is superb. The rooms are spotless and spacious. I recommend this hotel to anyone I know who is visiting Zagreb.
