I booked a room for Tuesday night to break up a 1700km drive. My car broke down and I tried contacting the hotel to ask if they could change my booking to the following night as my car was being repaired. The phones did not work/no one answered me or Hotels.com when they tried on my behalf. Hotels.com sent them an urgent request which was ignored. I ended up having to sleep in the boot of my car. The courtesy of a reply I would have thought the minimum. I will never use this hotel group again

Property is alright, area is a bad neighborhood. Parking is very expensive we got charged almost half a night's stay just to park our car.

Location was excellent, ideal for all the sights and restaurants in the old city. The parking was tricky - our car just fitted into their lift. Would not accommodate a large 4×4.

If you come by public transportation...
Good location and very near the bus stop which direct to Central Train and Bus. There were a couple of bottle water in the room which is nice. Breakfast was ok. It could be better. I recomend to add babanas. Room was big and quiet.

Clean, functional, well priced
Very clean, well priced and functional hotel for exploring the city. Comfy beds and friendly service at the desk. A good option for this price bracket. Only drawback was the room was baking hot and the heating/control panel didn't seem to work. Luckily we could open the windows to let some fresh air in :-) Would happily use again if in the city. Pictures online representative of the experience.

Fair value for money, on a bit depressive area.
I´ve been at this hotel few years ago, and the hotel quality and services have been decreased in general. A renovation should be done. There is not Breakfast service at a restaurant, of course they offer for free some fruit and coffee, a bit poor for being on a Hesperia Hotel I think. Good cleaning and bed are still good points.

I like it very much. If I return to Zaragoza I would stay, check in with there. The employee's are very helpfully and help you a lot. The hotel is near the historic center.

Not an ideal location if you come in by bus or train and a bit far to walk to the old town. No wifi in the room. Were warned by the local not to take side street at night. Very helpful staffs,

Walking to Plaza del Pilar (city center) the distance is not more than 15 minutes walking. As for Wi-Fi, the hotel network covers the entire building, we are sorry that you had a problem and did not let us know in order to try to solve it. Greetings

Great location, car park lift is v narrow!
Hotel in great location, 10 min flat walk to the main streets & tapas area. Bed & pillows were comfortable & bathroom nice with toiletries. Breakfast was decent too. The road noise outside is however constant day & night, so depending on the room location in the hotel, you may want ear plugs. We used the underground parking: Warning...you must be a good driver & with a car no larger than 3 series bmw, definitely no larger & not 4x4. There is a v v tight car lift & once you are on a parking floor, you return back out the same way with v tight turns around concrete walls! To change floors (i.e turn your car back around) to find a space on another floor is quite scary! Once parked, it’s fine, €16/night.

Good Accommodation at a reasonable price.
We actually stayed Sat, 05 Oct - Sun, 06 Oct This hotel is certainly worth checking out, large spacious bedroom, very clean and modern with a generous size bathroom. An entrance hallway with wardrobe contained therein. Being a weekend we were able to park on the forecourt in front of the hotel thus avoiding the extra cost of using their car park. Fairly closely situated to the city centre & within easy walking distance of all the major sights. The only disappointment was at breakfast and with a large coach party staying were unable to cope with the numbers. The coffee machine broke down and they had to resort to hot water flasks etc. Overall well worth considering though.

The best part is the location!
A true three star hotel as expected. The best part is the location. It is just a short 10 minute walk to the Aljaferia and the same to Neustra Señora de Pilar and the old city. They have a aprking garage on premises, at a reasonable extra charge.

Great Location
Stop off on way to south of Spain. Hotel was nice and clean and in a great location. Room was large with a really big comfortable bed.

The location was good, just a short walk from all the major sights in Zaragoza. Our room was spotlessly clean, large and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a little dated but very good value for money. We didn't have breakfast included, but there are a couple of good places for breakfast very near the hotel.

Highly recommend NH Hotel Zaragoza Centro
Firstly, we had an SUV with a roof box, the hotel underground car park door was broken and the height of the vehicle ruled out local public car parks. The duty manager allowed us to park in the covered portico area in front of the hotel which really saved the day. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for easy access to the town centre, 5-10 mins walk. Overall a fantastic choice of hotel.

Nice hotel in the center of Zaragoza
Lovely hotel in Zaragoza, within walking distance of town and easy to get to from train station (bus 34). Room was well laid out and had all that we needed (including a fridge). Ended up staying another night as was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

good hotel, easy to find and in a good location. close to the market, close to the main galleries, staff are really helpful, and they know the good places, ( best churros, best fish restaurants, best walks, and some secret places.) so a comfortable hotel and great beds.

Close to everything / Comfortable Hotel
Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms very clean and there was ample food at breakfast. The only fault was that you couldn't get a drink even a coffee because the bar was closed most of the time.

Nice Hotel If You can get to it!
We drove, I had updated my GPS before we left but it still wanted to take us down a street that you couldn't drive on to get to the hotel. They have build a tram line so make sure you know how to get there before you go. You use car elevator to get to the parking and the parking is very tight. Once you find it, the hotel is in a great location, close to the sights and the old town. Easy walking to everything.

A hotel not to come back
I am not the kind of person who spend a lot of time in a hotel room so I usually don't care much about them, but this one deserves a bad review. The room was tiny, and I mean tiny. We had to bend to no touch the ceiling on some parts of the room. The window was on the high part of the ceiling, so high we couldn't even open it or close it. The toiled was dirty... disgusting. The air-conditioning didn't work.

Convenient but noisy hotel
The hotel is pleasant and nicely located near all the attractions--but on a very busy street with inadequate soundproofing. So unfortunately you will hear busses, parties, arguments, all night long.

Great hotel for staying to visit Zaragoza. Staff were excellent and local amenities FAB If you stay there ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. We stayed in the front and there was quite a bit of traffic noise. It didn't distract from our stay

Nice hotel close to sights
A nice hotel close to the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for our needs. The town is a little complicated due to all the one way streets, but the local people were very helpful in showing you how to get there.
