“Property was convenient and staff pleasant. The unit itself was not the cleanest and had many broken items. The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children.”
