“Really fresh rooms and beautiful inside and outside ”

“Drape curtain was broken from the ceiling. Door knob of communicating room was broken. Cabinet door covering fridge was broken. Smelly hallway coming from carpet. ”

“Resort was great but pricey for drinks with not much alcohol in them. The air conditioner didn’t work well at night”

“We had stayed at this hotel before and we loved it, that’s why we kept on coming back, but this time our experience was a little different from previous times. We need an iron and we didn’t have one in our room so we called the front desk and they told us that someone would bring it up to us soon. Two hours later we still didn’t have it and we were late for an engagement we had. The manager was nice enough to return our daily fee but that really didn’t change anything about us being late to the……

“Great location, right on the beach, with the boardwalk in between. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk both at night and during the day. The weather and the breeze were amazing. The pool was nice right after a day at the beach. We liked the room and the beds were comfortable, the only issue was that the AC unit was a little noisy. The balcony with the ocean view was very nice and relaxing.”

“首先位置不是很好，不是很方便游览。其次酒店在各方面还有待于完善。比如清洁方面人员不够，所以没有办法每天打扫干净。只是简单了事。打电话服务台从来不接电话，就算偶尔接电话也不会给处理。电梯不够用等。”
