“带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。”

“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”

“ew normal problems, but the staff overcame everything and made it perfect. Special shout out to Spencer, who works at the pool; he’s probably one of the hardest working and most personable guys I’ve ever met. The servers were fun, too, singing happy birthday. We had room service that was so personable- she even wrote a handwritten note. To top it off, private dining was teasing me about being sick and suggested I eat some sugar with my breakfast. This kind of service is what you get at St Regis.……
