“Overall, great for the $$$. However, I wish the kitchenette just had a set of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils vs. Having to ask for it. I checked in very late & was super hungry & planning on cooking something quick preferrably that tastes much better sauteed & not in microwave. I was very grateful for a 12:00 checkout since I didn't get in until 12:30am ”

“I booked this place for a ski trip. Great location for getting to the mountains. The reason I booked this particular property was because it was listed as having a hot tub (and a pool). There is no hot tub or pool on the property; the listing is inaccurate. When I pointed this out to the host, they tried to argue that their jetted bath tubs count as hot tubs. I will let the reader decide whether they agree.”

“We have 2 daughters living in SLC that could not come home for Christmas…so we went to them! Our other 4 adult children were able to stay in Sugar House with us and we had a lovely Christmas. The dining table was ample enough for all the family plus some local friends of daughters who had no family in town. Loved being able to fit 11 people around the table for Christmas dinner. The hot water was phenomenal. A plus when showering for 6 is happening. And I had the pleasure of a jacuzzi while the……

“We stayed at this property after our daughter graduated from the University of Utah. It looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the location. It was very central to everything we wanted to do. It was a lovely neighborhood and nice for walks and outdoor activities. We enjoyed the amenities such as the barbecue, movie area, and large backyard.”

“My husband and I drive to northern Idaho every year and we always stay in Utah on the way up and on our way back. We like staying in different areas of Utah because it’s such a beautiful state. When we plan our trip, we always take our 3 small dogs so having a large enough home with an enclosed yard is needed. This house was definitely big enough and had a wonderful backyard area. “We were in town for our son’s graduation. The house. Is very convenient to the U and in a great location close to shops and restaurants in Sugarhouse. Properly was super clean. Bathroom upstairs is very small and the one downstairs that has the shower and the tub/shower combo was much larger and nicer. There are a lot of beds but truly only 2 actual bedrooms. You have to walk through the one with the bunk bed to get to the main one upstairs as it is more of a loft area. Perfect is you have……

“This home is exactly as advertised -Beautiful home in a prime location. Comfortable beds/linens. Well appointed Kitchen and our host left us some water bottles in the fridge. Bathrooms were clean and our host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner. Fantastic communication with the host! A few notes: The home is on multiple levels (my teens opted to sleep in the basement bedrooms). Backyard was beautiful, with green space and was as pictured.”
