“The place was very clean and well-appointed. The motel seemed decently full by the time I got there well into the wee hours of the morning. I was put into a handicapped room. The side of the bed closest to the door was well-used & noisy. Much to my delight, the side of the bed more difficult to get into was essentially brand-new. Got a great night's sleep! It did smell like smoke in my room in spite of the no smoking rules. I left the door open for a half hour or so and aired it out.”

“My car broke down just outside Abilene and I had to stay for three days while it was being repaired. I can't say enough good things about the people that work at this Super 8 and how nice and helpful they were during this time. The hotel was very clean, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, but I want to emphasize how much the people that were working there while I stayed made an impact. “No staff at all. Only a television check in with a person who speaks English as a second language. He was difficult to understand!”

Breakfast presentation needs serious improvement. Current breakfast situation is not a benefiting feature. Room was just fine so overall my stay was satisfactory. ”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”
