“Facility was gorgeous. Staff was so kind and genuinely happy and welcoming. Transportation was reliable and on time. Perfect location for shopping and walking to the marina. I loved how laid back it was and I didn’t feel pressured to have to get all dressed up. The spa services were absolutely awesome. It was the relaxing week we hoped for.”

“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”
