Thank you so much for continuing to stay with us, our records show it has been at least 2 times! We love that you love our spacious room and amazing staff, that's exactly what keeps our guests coming back. We are so sorry we don't have a colander for your pasta as yes, we do provide the basic cooking essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and silverware. We appreciate you letting us know about the issue with the laundry machines. Please do let us know at the moment this is happening and we will send out our maintenance engineer to correct the situation along with refunding you the $1.50. The in in house washing machines are run by credit cards and like anything, they do need to be rebooted at times, but once you let us know we will make it right. thank you again for staying with us!
