“The hotel was old but clean. The bed was really comfortable. However, the hotel is directly above a subway station so you hear it rumbling and roaring every few minutes. “Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……

“要先確認電梯入口處作為下車地點的選擇，我們下車的那一面入口沒有電梯，所以行李搬運會很不方便。另外從機場要搭計程車過來的話，要小心私家車會敲詐，建議使用Bolt,或是問問看飯店可不可以幫忙叫車，機場過來正常車費大約25歐元，我們不小心搭了黑車，所以被收費50歐元，這點需要注意。飯店本身住宿環境還可以只是由於是有歷史的木造樓房改造，所以樓上的腳步聲很吵，幸好晚上11:00以後聲音比較少，如果遇到夜趴的那可就不舒服了，以上請參考～”

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. “I am very mad there was no FREE wifi whereas my booking show free WiFi. The reception say Public area is free but I cannot get any data. I then signed up as Marriott member just to get free WiFi in my room but again, I logged in but no data. This is not and should not be the standard of any decent hotel let alone the Marriott! Very disappointed. I have an extra day in Lisbon and I have chosen to switch hotel for real WiFi. Sad! I am trying Carlton Marriott in Madrid tonight……

“Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed.
