“Outstanding little place to stay!! Ms. Denise is an incredibly warm and friendly manager!! Very sweet lady!! No dishes or cookware, which was my only disappointment. You download an app to pay for laundry. (Currently $3) Still, it was better equipped than most m/hotels I've stayed in. I appreciated the full size stove, full size fridge/freezer, the central air and the furniture. And, oooooooh THE WATER PRESSURE!! Shower is a bit cramped, but that water felt SOOOOOO good!! “We had a great stay! The location was great a 3 minute walk to Optimist Hall & a 20 minute walk to uptown! However, it would be hard to sleep 4 in the space due to the futon being more of a twin size rather than a full size.”
