Easy to find, main landmark in Birmingham. 5 mins walk from New St station.
16th floor and great views over New St and city. Main openable window doesn't seem to close properly so there is noise, but you get that in most cities.
It doesn't have Air Con! Be aware of that, they do provide fans.
Great kitchen area, nice seating, small but functional bathroom. Fruit provided for juicing along with granola and milk. Plus coffee and condiments. Well thought through for your requirements.
May stay again but not in warm weather.
