“A wonderful Manor House with views and trees, birds and big Wiltshire skies. Perfect room with an enormous comfortable sleigh bed, sofa and spotless bathroom. Wendy is a perfect host and was so caring of us. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out on a large dining table. I so recomment this wonderful bed and breakfast and will definitely return some day.”

“A dream stay. Lovely cottage on a working farm just a few minutes drive from Castle Combe and Chippenham. The hosts were lovely, the cottage was warm and homely with an amazing log burning fire. Each morning, a freshly cooked breakfast is brought to your door at a time of your choosing. Would highly reccommend to all.”

Said he said there are no buses.Being in a black spot with no signal I was stuck. No offer to phone and book a taxi So did a long walk into town on crutches. “We loved staying at Tamsin's! The cottage is just beautiful, with picture-perfect views from every window. Everything was spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. We were touched by the thoughtful welcome gifts which included wine, chocolate and homemade apple juice - so generous! Tamsin was a wonderful host - so welcoming and helpful, and a clear communicator throughout. We feel very lucky to have stayed here, and would love to return one day.”

“Es war sehr toll! Das Haus war riesig und renoviert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!! Wir konnten kochen, waschen, trocknen, Feuer machen, in den Garten sitzen,... Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und ist auch schon sehr alt und hat gewiss viele spannende Geschichten zu erzählen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles wurde stilgetreu genoviert. Theoretisch hat das Haus eine der tollsten Aussichten die man sich vorstellen kann. Nur leider sah man diese im Haus nicht wirklich, nur wenn man sich direkt……

“This was a lovely, beautifully furnished farmhouse with a warm, welcoming Aga in the kitchen. My son, his wife and 2 children plus my daughter, her husband and two children all stayed in the farmhouse and my husband and I stayed in the Stables, which is just down the Lane from the farmhouse. We all enjoyed the stay, and I’m sure that in the drier months it would have been lovely to use the garden.”
