On arrival, I was told that there had been a problem with the chalet allocated to me and so they had provided an upgrade, free of charge, which I thought was excellent! “Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! Extremely tidy, spacious and we LOVED the little walk in wardrobe. No WiFi at the……
