“溫泉池水水質差，水溫不夠熱，池裏有很多樹葉，水池邊不太乾淨。另外，入住cabin不提供被，詢問時要NZD10一張，太貴，不合理。不會再入住。”

“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“Unassuming, though convenient. We stayed with another couple in the two bedroom apartment. Had all the amenities needed (though we chose to eat out). Heat pump in each room a bonus, especially for the couple recently arriving from Perth at the beginning of June...”

“This place was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Continental Breakfast is included and the price was very reasonable. PLUS! There is a wonderful set of thermal pools that guests can use anytime. So relaxing right next to a river; it’s a bit of a walk but so worth it! The rooms were a little on the “well loved” side but clean and warm and a great respite from the rain. ”

“Cosy place that worked well for our group (2 couples). We loved the wide views, lounged on the deck in the sun after our outings, and enjoyed relaxing in the spa under the night sky :) Handy position to Putaruru, Arapuni and Sanctuary Mountain. Much recommended.”

“This is essentially a pole barn, and I assume it was once used as one, as indicated by the slight farm smell inside. The fact it's wide open is NOT a negative it's nice having room to move around, and the sleeping arrangements just work. Nobody (5) of us bothered the other while sleeping or staying up later than the rest. It worked out great. The kids played a game of pool, and we all fed the alpacas out back with nuts provided by the host. The host showed up shortly after our arrival to……
