“Tiene una pequeña cocina pero no tienen trastes ni nada para cocinar. Solo dos vasos unos platos y nomás. Pienso yo que si tienes servicio de cocina debería tener unos pocos de trastes. Las puerta rechinan mucho un poco de aceite les cairia bien. Las camas el colchón muy duro o demaciado firme el colchón para mi gusto no pude dormir. Pero aparte de eso muy buen lugar muy limpio muy amplio. ”

“I would stay here again. Overall, we had a great stay, but there are a few little things that could really improve the experience. The good: The employees were super friendly and helpful. Augustine, who runs the shop/restaurant on site, was FANTASTIC. He really made our stay great, and the store provided a convenient place to pick up water, food, and other necessities. “View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t……

“The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).”

“The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. We also did not get any spare towels and so we had to do our own laundry (one out of 2 washers worked, no dryer) and it was quite……
